4.9 Juan José Travelled with family June 2025 We arrived on a Wednesday a little late and they gave us a dreadful room that had no air conditioning, the suitcase to go out to the terrace was broken, the bathroom had no soap. We went down to reception to report it and the woman who was downstairs said she was new and had to tell the boss. We went to dinner and truth be told, my wife eats anything and not much, and she herself said it was appalling how little variety there was and almost everything was fried, truly appalling. Then, waiting to see what would happen with the room, we had to go to the pool bar and wait there for over an hour until they gave us another room, which was better, but the air conditioning was poor. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed to get some air, even though my wife is sensitive to the cold. Breakfast was quite acceptable the next day. With dinner, there was a bit more variety as they made something grilled, but it was only steak. Seeing the situation, we talked to the boss and asked if we could exchange a dinner for a lunch even if we paid the difference. She said, quite rudely, that they didn't do lunches, that they only offered Half Board. Later, it turns out there was a group of French students to whom they were serving lunch. Seems like the Spanish are not welcome. The lady was quite rude. On the third day, the same thing happened again, a terrible dinner, and to top it off, they didn't even turn on the grill. I told the cashier girl and she said they didn't have a cook. I don't think I'll be coming back, no, I definitely won't be returning to that place, nor will I recommend it to anyone, and I hope everyone who sees this message thinks twice before going. I will post a photo of what was served for dinner, and that was the best day. By the way, the dinner they served one day was the same leftovers from the previous day, like a beef stew with mushrooms on the first day and the following day, they added carrots to make more and serve it again.

The reception service was terrible, lack of empathy and they wanted to take pictures of our IDs with their own mobile phone to speed up the process, after an hour of waiting.
