One whole day without hot water in the rooms. I think a hotel should be better prepared for this type of breakdowns.

Ubicación a la playa y la animación para los niños.
Poor cleaning. There were feces remains in the toilet right after entering the room and it's better not to even touch the toilet brushes to avoid a scare. The food was average, with little variety and repetitive.
Limpieza deficiente. Había restos de heces en el wc nada más entrar a la habitación y las escobillas mejor ni tocarlas para no llevarse susto. La comida regular, poca variedad y repetitiva.

Nos ha encantado, ideal para los niños, personal muy amable, destacar el monitor Juanan, se ha portado muy bien con mis hijos, muy atento y agradable, si puede ser el año que viene volveremos.
The drink should be included with the Full Board regime... Almost 3€ for a small water seems excessive.
