The hotel is old, it needs a lot of changes, the air conditioning barely cooled, the door of the room was very difficult to open and close, it was almost broken, the food was scarce in variety and there was hardly anything for the children. I don't see the hotel as a 4-star one.

Los primeros días hemos estado muy agusto , pero los últimos aquello era un caos de niños pequeños . Nos ha gustado la amabilidad del personal, la animación y el hotel en sí no ha estado mal. No hemos tenido problema para aparcar.
First of all, I have to say that the hotel is not a four-star. The air conditioning in my room was not working, the indoor pool was not in operation, the food is very repetitive to the point of not knowing what to eat, the pool bar does not have air conditioning so you melt from the heat while being served, the all-inclusive coffee is terrible, it is better not to drink it as it is quite bad for your stomach. I think these are things that could be improved.
Ante todo tengo que decir que el hotel no es un cuatro estrellas. A mi habitación no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la piscina cubierta no estaba en funcionamiento, la comida es muy muy repetitiva hasta el punto de no saber qué comer, el bar de la piscina no tiene aire acondicionado así que en el tiempo que te atendieran te derretias de calor, el café del todo incluido es pésimo,mejor no tomarlo pues es bastante malo para tu estómago. Creo que son cosas que se podrían mejorar.

Lo mejor fue la gran piscina. La habitación era cómoda y agradable. El personal muy agradable.
The buffet food was not bad in quality but very limited. Quite repetitive dishes and desserts alike. They should vary the lunch and dinner options more. The desserts had no flavor. I think that, along with the air conditioning in the room that didn't cool enough. There were other people sleeping on the terrace with a mattress since it was better outside than inside the room. I missed more nightly shows, most of which were focused on children. Also, it is important to note that you cannot leave the hotel because there is nothing around to go for drinks or food, and if you do leave, you will lose your car park spot.
La comida del buffet no estaba mal de calidad pero era muy ajustada. Platos bastante repetitivos y postres por igual. Deberían variar más la oferta tanto de almuerzo y cena. Los postres no tenían sabor. Creo que eso junto al aire acondicionado de la habitación que no enfriaba demasiado. Hubo otras personas durmiendo en la terraza con el colchón ya que se estaba mejor fuera que dentro de la habitación. Eché de menos más espectáculos nocturnos que la mayoría eran enfocados a niños.
También hay que tener en cuenta que no puedes salir del hotel porque alrededor no hay nada para ir a tomar copas o comer y si te vas te quedas sin aparcamiento.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy mal y hemos pasado bastante calor, al informarlo nos dijeron que nos traerían un ventilador pero no pudieron ya que estaban todos en uso. Gracias a la camarera de piso que nos cambió la distribución de los muebles de la habitación para intentar que el poco aire que salía del conducto nos diese. Las habitaciones un poco antiguas.

Un hotel muy tranquilo para pasar un fin de semana de relax, la comida muy buena, nosotros fuimos en régimen de pensión completa y los precios de las bebidas asequibles.
Es cierto que hay poca variedad de comida y cena en el buffet, pero todo está bastante bueno de sabor y siempre están pendientes de reponer lo que se haya acabado o lo que va quedando poca cantidad.
Por otro lado, las habitaciones son bastante grandes y se encontraba limpia, el baño un poco antiguo, pero por lo demás nada que añadir.

Also, the bar closes at 12:00h.
Como aspecto a mejorar, la animación deja mucho que desear, no por la chica Natalia que es un encanto, sino porque todo lo que hay es para niños, y el fin de semana, a las 10:30/11:00 ya no hay ningún tipo de animación, en mi caso, el viernes hubo un juego de adivinar películas, empezó a las 10:00 y acabó a las 10:30, y el sábado, vino una chica a cantar y estuvo hasta las 11:00, la verdad que por esa parte un poco decepcionante. Además la barra cierra a las 24:00.
