Poca cosa, lo mejor la piscina, aunque falta control en la zona.
Instalaciones nefastas, la limpieza, cuidado y mantenimiento de las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. La comida pésima, mucho frito y baja calidad. Los hay de 3 estrellas en la zona por mejor relación calidad-precio. El personal es simpático, pero la recepción podría mejorar. Es un hotel antiguo, deberían invertir en mejorarlo y seguro que iguala a muchos de la zona.

Good 7.1 Gema Travelled with couple July 2025
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido. El personal es muy amable. Y la piscina está muy bien aunque no hay socorrista. El hotel tiene buena ubicación ya se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero bastante cerca de la Playa del Poniente.
Los ascensores son pésimos, tardan muchísimo tiempo en llegar lo que dificulta mucho ir a cualquier sitio ya que hay mucha gente esperando y el edificio tiene muchas plantas. La comida poco variada aunque de sabor estaba bastante buena. El desayuno pésimo. La leche salía mezclada con agua y la bollería estaba dura. Hemos estado 4 días y la comida se ha repetido en tres ocasiones además teniendo en cuenta que no había casi variedad. En cuanto al aparcamiento, por la zona es bastante complicado aparcar pero a 7 minutos andando hay una cuesta muy larga con bastantes plazas para aparcar.

Located in the tourist and coastal town of Benidorm, specifically 800 metres from the Poniente beach.

The hotel has 24-hour reception, air conditioning and heating (depending on the season), free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, bar-cafeteria and buffet restaurant where they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.

They have an outdoor swimming pool for the summer season on the terrace, with some sun loungers, so you can relax :-)
