- You can book this deal with 1 access to the thermal circuit per person per night.
- You must take into account that, both for access to the thermal circuit and for treatments (to be pay at reception), you will have to call a few days before to the Balneario Vichy Catalán to book in advance.
- In the confirmation voucher we will provide you with the telephone number you can call.
- Children between 6 and 14 years old can access the thermal circuit accompanied by an adult during children's hours: at 12:00h, at 13:00h and at 16:00h.
- From 14 years of age, they can access at any time, but always accompanied by an adult.
- The schedule of the thermal area is from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 20:00h.
- We recommend you to confirm the schedules with the hotel reception, as they may change depending on the season and occupancy.
- In your room you will find bathrobe and slippers to use in the spa. In addition, the spa will provide you with a pool cap, great!

The spa facilities are good, with the water being adequately heated. However, I would recommend avoiding weekends as they tend to be overcrowded and with children, there seems to be a lack of control over their behavior, as kids are seen wearing slippers in the water, swimming in the Jacuzzi, and making noise.
The condition of our room was disappointing in several aspects. The mattress was completely worn out, causing us to sink in and resulting in considerable back pain; it's definitely time for a replacement. Additionally, the towels were extremely old. The incessant noise in our room throughout the day, possibly from some sort of engine, made sleeping nearly impossible. I strongly advise avoiding the restaurant as well. The buffet food was mediocre at best, often served lukewarm, with the only hot item being the ice cream. Arriving at 2:30 pm, we were informed that check-in wasn't until 4 pm, a policy I've never encountered in over 20 years of travel. Despite our wait, we were denied a voucher for a drink while waiting. Cleanliness was also lacking, with noticeable odors in the bathroom and old towels. It's worth noting that the quality of the Vichy Catalan hotel seems to have declined since my last visit, with everything going downhill.
