- You'll receive a QR code via E-mail, which you will have to show at the Water Park entrance.

About Aquopolis Water Park:
- Aquopolis Costa Dorada is a water park located in La Pineda, very close to Cap Salou.
- It is an ideal place to spend a day with family or friends. It has a variety of pools and giant Water Slides, ensuring you a day of fun, sun and lots of water
- If you go to Aquopolis with children under 12 years old, you'll be happy to know that there are also shallow pools and plenty of playgrounds. Our favourite area is Funny Jungle.
- For the older ones there is plenty to choose from, and you can slide down Water Slides like the Boomerang, the Splash, the Kamikaze, the SpeedRace or the Black Hole, among others, where you can reach up to 50 km/h!

El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza estaba muy bien hecha: sábanas y toallas muy limpias, en buen estado, nada gastadas. El agua caliente salía al instante, lo cual se agradece mucho.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente: muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio, ideal para quienes quieren estar cerca de todo.
There is no space to stop the car and unload the luggage, which is inconvenient when arriving or leaving. The windows are made of wood and do not isolate the sound well, so during weekends you can hear all the concerts in the area (good thing we were on holiday).
The balcony is as narrow as a chair and gives a bit of insecurity, it seems like it's going to detach from the building.
The air conditioning is placed right above the bed and very close, which can be uncomfortable while sleeping.
The bathroom is long and narrow, like a hallway, and the shower area receives very little light.
As for the food, it is very basic and with little variety. There were no vegetables for breakfast and a lot of pastries. The sweets... better not to comment on them.
No hay un espacio para detener el coche y bajar el equipaje, lo cual es incómodo al llegar o salir. Las ventanas son de madera y no aíslan bien el sonido, por lo que durante los fines de semana se escuchan todos los conciertos de la zona (menos mal que estábamos de vacaciones).
El balcón es tan estrecho como una silla y da un poco de inseguridad, parece que se va a desprender del edificio.
El aire acondicionado está colocado justo encima de la cama y muy cerca, lo que puede resultar incómodo al dormir.
El baño es largo y angosto, como un pasillo, y la zona de la ducha no recibe casi nada de luz.
En cuanto a la comida, es muy básica y con poca variedad. En el desayuno no había verduras y con mucha bollería. Los dulces... mejor ni comentarlos.

Hotel de 3 * con personal de 5 *. Limpio, cómodo y muy céntrico. La playa estupenda y cruzando la calle.
La comida rica, aunque sea bufet. El cocinero salía para preocuparse si estaba todo bien o faltaba algo.
Nos faltó probar el centro Wellness.
It does not have car park, you can leave the car in the blue zone, it costs around 12€ per day and you have to remember to renew the ticket.
No tiene parking, se puede dejar el coche en zona azul, supone unos 12€ al día y tener que estar pendiente de renovar el ticket.

Bueno el hotel está en primera línea de mar y muchas tiendas y oferta gastronómica
The food was scarce and of poor quality, breakfast was buffet, but for lunch and dinner we had to choose between three first courses and three main courses, only on the last day they had a buffet. We had water and wine included in the meals, limited to one glass, and the water came in glass bottles but they were not sealed.

L'hotel estava molt ben situat, immillorable.
A mention of the dining room staff, very rude. The receptionists equally rude except for one very nice black girl. Very bad organization in general. Food was missing every day, we asked with a sheet what we wanted for lunch and dinner and even if you arrived early they didn't have it, and on the second day when we complained then they answered rudely and so on... Lo que más me ha gustado del hotel es la tranquilidad que hay y el poder dormir sin ruido. Incluso en plena verbena de san juan.
They need more staff, better organization, a chef who knows how to cook. In general, they should pay more attention to details. The rooms are small and the air conditioning is insufficient. We found a cockroach one of the nights in the room and the light bulb at the entrance to the bedroom was broken and they didn't fix it even though we reported it and they promised to fix it. It is advisable to have a wider schedule for the cafeteria and the pool, and surveillance at the pool since they don't have a lifeguard.
Necesitan más personal, mejor organización, un cocinero que sepa cocinar. En general que le pongan más atención a los detalles . Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el aire acondicionado insuficiente. Encontramos una cucaracha una de las noches en la habitación y la bombilla de la entrada al dormitorio estaba estropeada y no la arreglaron a pesar de que avisamos y nos prometieron arreglarlo. Recomendable un horario más amplio de la cafetería y de la piscina y vigilancia en la piscina ya que o tienen socorrista.

La ubicación y la limpieza
The kitchen service is awful, a hotel cannot run out of food...they ask you to fill out a paper with the menu for lunch and dinner and when it's time to serve it they tell you they don't have any left. When desserts run out they don't replenish...we ended up eating lunch and dinner outside.
The hotel should consider finding a solution to this problem.
El servicio de cocina nefasto, un hotel no se puede quedar sin comida...te piden que rellenes un papel con el menú para comida y cena y a la hora de servirlo te dicen que ya no les queda. Los postres cuando se acaban no reponen....acabamos comiendo y cenando fuera.
El hotel se tendría que plantear poner solución a este problema.
