To access the Thermal Baths and Wellness area, it is mandatory to wear a cap, bathing suit, and flip-flops. Bathrobes and towels are available for rent with a deposit of €20 per person for a bathrobe and €10 per person for a towel.

La ubicación, sales y estas pisando la arena de la playa. El chiringuito club muy bueno. Las vistas mientras tomas un café en El mirador del faro. Toda la bebida embotellada y primeras marcas.
The pillows are terrible. A lot of noise from the corridor, it would be solved by putting a door separating the rest area from the bathroom, which 4-star hotels usually have. The live kitchen is missed, which 4-star hotels also usually have. The buffet is very repetitive and lacks variety. We couldn't go out to the terrace because of the noise from some machines they had there, I imagine they were extractors or something similar and we were on the seventh floor. And the worst part is that they have denied us bottled water in the premium all-inclusive, they give us soft drinks in bottles, top brand alcohol, and deny us a bottle of water.
Las almohadas son pésimas. Mucho ruido del pasillo, se solucionaría poniendo una puerta que separe la zona de descanso del baño, que, normalmente, los hoteles de 4 estrellas suelen tener. Se echa de menos la cocina en vivo que tb la suelen tener los hoteles de 4 estrellas. El buffet muy repetitivo y poca variedad. No hemos podido salir a la terraza del ruido que hacían unas máquinas que tenían allí, imagino que serían extractores o algo parecido y eso que estábamos en la séptima planta. Y lo peor es que nos han negado agua embotellada en el todo incluido premiun, nos dan los refrescos en botella, el alcohol de primera marca y nos niegan una botella de agua.

La limpieza mala, sucio el suelo con mucha arena y manchas , y el borde de la sillas mucha arena de los clientes anteriores, sólo pasan a estirar las sábanas y la colcha, limpieza super ligera casi nula. "ME DESAPARECIÓ" EL RIMEL DE LA BOLSA DE ASEO QUE DEJÉ ENCIMA DEL LAVABO" El buffet tiene días bien y otros peor.Las que sirven los aperitivos en el chiringuito no tienen el detalle de sacarte una tapa( aunque sean patatillas) hasta que terminan de sacar los aperitivos en el cambio de hora.

Hotel con acceso privado a playa. Lo mejor ☺️. Es un complejo que está bastante bien, ya que además tiene piscina tanto cubierta como no y varios chiringuitos, y todo al lado de playa. Tiene un equipo de animación muy majos y actividades diarias para entretener.
It doesn't have much variety in the buffet, I've seen better ones for a complex like this and all-inclusive. The worst part is car park. The hotel's car park lot is super small and you can't reserve, subject to availability upon arrival. And in August, car park in the area is super complicated. I spent over an hour. The spa seems very expensive to me. I paid 50€ for a 30-minute massage.
No tiene mucha variedad en el buffet, los he visto mejor para ser un complejo así y de todo incluido. Lo peor, aparcar. El aparcamiento del hotel es súper pequeño y no puedes reservar, según disponibilidad al llegar. Y en agosto aparcar por la zona es súper complicado. Estuve más de una hora. El spa me parece súper caro. Pague 50€ por un masaje de 30 minutos.

También nos gustó que tuviera un espacio para los más peques, y varias piscinas donde disfrutar junto a la familia.

Old rooms, not renovated for a thousand years, luckily they had air conditioning.
The buffet had little variety, and many things were repeated several days in a row.
