La animación sin duda lo mejor , Roxy con los adultos y Antonio con los peques se curran muchísimo su trabajo y se les nota que le gustan lo que hacen. El chico del kiosko de la piscina muy amable también
The food is a bit average, they should improve and offer more variety because it is a bit scarce.

Hemos estado tres días a gusto, 2 adultos y 2 niños. La habitación era amplia y limpia, la piscina está bien y siempre había alguna hamaca libre (a finales de junio entre semana). La animación está bien, para adultos y niños, con Antonio y Roxy. La comida del buffet también está bien.
To improve the cleanliness of the dishes because many times there were dirty plates where they were supposed to be clean (they do not check them when taken out of the dishwasher and they had sauce or stuck-on things). What we did not like is the room service, they knock on the door at 9 am, when we had not yet left for breakfast, and then at lunchtime they still had not come to our room. One of the days we went to tell the cleaners in the hallway if they could come in to clean our room, because we had already eaten and wanted to rest for a while, but surely they would soon knock on the door to come in and change the towels and so on.
A mejorar la limpieza de la vajilla porque muchas veces había platos sucios donde se supone que estaban limpios (no los revisan al sacar del lavavajillas y llevaban salsa o cosas pegadas). Lo que no nos ha gustado es el servicio de habitaciones, llaman a la puerta a las 9h, que aún no habíamos salido para desayunar y luego a la hora de comer seguían sin haber pasado por nuestra habitación. Uno de los días fuimos a decir a las limpiadoras que había en el pasillo si podían entrar a hacer nuestra habitación, porque ya habíamos comido y queríamos descansar un rato, pero seguro que al rato iban a llamar a la puerta para entrar a cambiar toallas y demás.

The food in general is good but very little variety and especially for children there is hardly anything and they take a long time to replenish the food and 30 minutes queuing for a pizza seems incredible to me if they improved the buffet it would be a good value hotel.

Las instalaciones y la limpieza están bien pero la comida de lo peor. Malísima calidad de los productos. En los desayunos solo en una ocasión de los 5 días que estuve pude hacerme una tostada, ya que había colas para tostarla y los embutidos malísimos. El atún, así como otros productos brillaban por su ausencia. Y no quiero contar en el almuerzo y la cena. Los purés incomibles y la única comida que valía la pena era lo que se hacía en la plancha en el momento , pero si querías comerla tenías que hacer colas kilométricas por lo que finalmente tenías que comer lo primero que pillabas que solía ser mucho fríto.

Las habitaciones son cómodas; la playa a 5 minutos andando, gran parte del personal estupendos, la comida está buena.
The first few days the dining room was chaotic, barely recovering; we have been here for 5 days and it's already getting better...
The worst part is that yesterday I slipped because of a large puddle under an air conditioner, (I don't know if it's from the air) at the exit of the dining room. In pain, my husband reported it at the reception and the guy only cared about the puddle, which was quickly cleaned. The cafeteria guy gave him half a bag of ice, which I applied. Waiting for what the doctor tells me, I am in the emergency room in Roquetas.

Lo peor es que ayer me caí por culpa de un charco grande que había bajo un aire acondicionado,(no sé si es del aire) a la salida del comedor. Rabiando de dolor mi marido informó en recepción y el chico sólo se preocupó por el charco, que rapidamente lo limpiaron. El chico de la cafetería le dio media bolsa con hielo, la cual me puse. A la espera de lo que me diga el medico estoy en las urgencias de Roquetas.

Habitación muy grande y camas cómodas, limpieza correcta y personal amable
Regular food, disorganized in the dining area, products not restocked, more food stations needed, 3 grills but only one used for meat or fish.. the chef left, quite a few disrespectful people not following their turn and impatient, full plates on empty tables, bread touched by everyone: please use bread rolls.
In main areas people with little respect, screaming, children running around the halls, and no one in charge calling them out.
Alarm went off for 3 days, several times a day and at night...
Improvements needed in food quality and customers who lack manners, what a shame.
La comida regular, desorganizados en comedor, sin reponer productos, habría que poner más islas con comidas, 3 planchas y solo usando una para carne o pescado..a su marcha el cocinero, bastante gente incivica y sin respetar turnos y con ansias, platos llenos en mesas vacías, pan en barra tocado por todo el mundo: poner panecillos por favor.
En zonas comunes personas con poco respeto,chillidos, correteando niños por pasillos, y ningún responsable llamando la atención.
Sonó la alarma 3 días, varias veces al día y por la noche...
A mejorar el tema comidas y clientes que tienen bastante poca educación, una pena

La habitación era grande y las camas cómodas. Todo bastante limpio. La piscina era grande aunque masificada con los apartamentos.
The buffet can't be worse. Repetitive food. We've been here for 5 days and every day it's the same. Besides, it's always super crowded and they didn't replenish frequently, so many times there were hardly any items left. There was a section at the back that they only opened for two nights. Basic items like milk, bread, or pastries were missing at breakfast. When you ask the chef, they rudely tell you to eat something else because everything was devoured early on.
They have grills where they cook meat and fish for lunch and dinner, and eggs and pancakes, but get ready to wait in line for at least half an hour.
There are few waiters in the dining room and they can't keep up with cleaning tables, dishes come out dirty from the kitchen, glasses too... Overall a disaster and the dining room is very dirty. A couple of people in our group got sick from the buffet. And the waiter didn't want to give us even an apple to take to the room.
El bufet no puede ser peor. Comida repetitiva. Hemos estado 5 días y los 5 días lo mismo. Encima están super lleno siempre y no reponían con frecuencia por lo que en muchas ocasiones no había casi cosas. Había un lineal al fondo que solo lo abrieron dos noches. En los desayunos faltaba cosas tan básicas como leche, pan o bollería. Cuando le preguntas al cocinero te responde muy borde que comas de otra cosa que han arrasado a primera hora.
Tienen planchas donde hacen carne y pescado en las comidas y cenas y huevo y tortitas pero prepárate para hacer media hora de cola mínimo.
Hay pocos camareros de sala y no dan a basto a limpiar mesas, los platos salen sucios de la cocina, los vasos igual... En fin un desastre y el comedor muy sucio. Un par de personas que viajaba en nuestro grupo se pusieron malos del estomago por el buffet. Y el camarero no quería darnos ni una manzana para subirsela a la habitación.
