Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 years old: they travel FREE sharing bed with 2 adults and in Room Only.
- Children aged 2 to 12: travel with a discount of between 40 and 50% discount approximately.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room is the same as the total price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.

If you book 1 or 2 nights, you will get 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.

You can use your ticket on any day of your stay.

As you have 1 day of access, you will need to visit both parks on the same day.
If you book 3 nights or more, you will receive 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land + 1 additional day at PortAventura® Park.
- Tickets must be used on 2 consecutive days:
Day 1: Access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
Day 2: Access to PortAventura® Park.

You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay, it's up to you.

Once you activate the ticket, you will use it that day and the following day. Please note: if you don’t use the second day, no refund will be issued.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll be given your park entrance tickets.

If you want to visit the park on the day of arrival, you can pick up your tickets at reception first thing in the morning, even though you won’t be able to access your room until the afternoon.

Excessive price for luggage storage. I only needed it for 2 hours while waiting for the room to be ready and it was €6.
Provide a picnic if you're not going to have dinner at the hotel.
Extend shuttle bus hours in case you want to have lunch at the hotel and then return in the afternoon instead of having dinner.
Excesivo precio en guardamaletas. Solo lo necesitaba 2 horas miestras espera a que estuviera la habitación y era 6€.
Facilitar picni si no vas a cenar en el hotel.
Más horario de buses lanzadera por si quieres ir a comer al hotel y luego volver por la tarde en lugar de la cena.
