1.7 Chanel June 2025 "I feel cheated, I booked a room for 3 and they gave me one for 2 and a sofa bed. The worst food I have ever tasted, all processed and frozen, and on top of that, they even charge you for water. The pool is dangerous, very slippery, people fall and get hurt every day. The depth is not even marked."
Pool safety signs indicating depth must comply with the rules of the sign because they are not followed and the staff is not attentive. Please, something natural and fresh for the food because there is good fish in Malaga.

3 Alfonso Travelled with  friends June 2025 The best. When I finished my stay.
Lo mejor. Cuando acabé mi estancia
1. That the rooms have hot water 2. That the water does not leak under the doors 3. That the TV works 4. That the room has a phone to contact reception 5. That the room is cleaned daily 6. That I be compensated for everything I have gone through in the 5 days I have been here.

5 María Jesús Travelled with couple June 2025 The room, very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent.
La habitación, super grande y bien equipada . El desayuno buenísimo
General cleanliness. The buffet food is terrible and lacks variety. The pool area is very slippery, in fact, I fell as soon as I entered. The staff is a mixed bag, what I didn't like at all is that in a 4-star hotel the waiters don't all wear the same uniform. Overall, I don't think I'll be back.

6.1 Muca Travelled with family June 2025 The room is fine and the staff was attentive.
I do not consider it a 4-star hotel first because it is far from the beach, the buffet was quite basic, and the hotel had only one pool.

3.6 Monserrat Travelled with couple May 2025 Beds were comfortable
Las camas eran cómodas
In the middle of urbanizations, with nothing else, without a car you couldn't do anything. The dining room was a disaster, the queues of hunger! Several days the food was finished and people were left without being able to eat (the quality was very bad), but above all insufficient quantity, we even had no bread! The lack of staff, who are also working in very bad conditions. It is not prepared, the pool slips, continuous falls, Nadir does nothing, old hammocks, dirty and insufficient. Undoubtedly the worst organization I have ever seen.
