El personal es amable y servicial.
The air conditioning in the room was broken, there were a lot of ants on the floor of the room, we found two needles on the floor of the room, and the hotel's lake is super super dirty. The spa is only a sauna and a heated pool, without jets or anything. I expected much better cleanliness and quality, I have been in thousands of hotels with fewer stars in much better condition.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba roto, había un montón de hormigas en el suelo de la habitación, en el suelo de la habitación encontramos dos agujas y el lago del hotel está súper súper sucio. El spa solo es una sauna y una piscina climatizada, sin chorros ni nada. Me esperaba mucha mejor limpieza y calidad, he estado en miles de hoteles con menos estrellas en muchísima mejor condición.

El hotel está en un lugar tranquilo y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.
It would be good if the floor of the rooms were cleaned daily.
On Saturday when we arrived from the beach at 16:00h, the room had not been cleaned, that day there were more guests and the calm disappeared.
All the staff are very friendly.
Estaría bien que el suelo de las habitaciones lo limpiaran a diario.
El sábado cuando llegamos de la playa a las 16:00 no habían limpiado la habitación, ese día habían mãs huéspedes y la calma desapareció.
Todo el personal son muy amables.

Breakfast could be better. They serve small portions and take a long time to replenish. Short of staff.
