Ubicación, habitación con gran balcón, poder disfrutar de la piscina del hotel que tienen al lado. Personal de limpieza y del comedor, muy amables.
Perhaps I missed cut and seasonal fruit in the meals, breakfasts. And one more toaster in the dining room to not wait so long.
Quizá me faltó fruta cortada y de temporada en las comidas, desayunos. Y una tostadora más en el comedor para no esperar tanto.

Breakfasts always the same,
2 consecutive days they served exactly the same dinner.
The buffet staff do not know how to treat the customer, they do not greet, the maître passed by your side as you left and did not even say goodbye, everything was done with incredible slowness. One day there were dirty chocolate dishes at breakfast, I reported it, at lunch they were still there, in addition the waitress's reaction was lamentable.
Only 2 elevators for so many people.

El personal del buffet, no saben tratar al cliente, no saludan, la maître pasaba por tu lado al irte y no decía ni adiós, todo lo hacian con una parsimonia increíble. Un dia habían platos sucios de chocolate en el desayuno avisé, en la comida seguían allí ademas la reacción de la camarera fue lamentable.

Hemos estado 1 semana y todo bien.
Las chicas del buffet son majisimas,en especial ndele.
The buffet is fine, in the end it becomes repetitive like in any Full Board hotel. The pool has almost no shade and that is something we missed.
El buffet esta bien,al final se hace repetitivo una pensión completa pero como en cualquier hotel.
La piscina no tiene casi nada de sombra y eso si que lo echamos en falta.
