Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the first child stays for free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here.
- Children aged 2 to 11:
- 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
- From 06-13-2025 to 09-09-2025, both will have a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying adult rate.
- If you book a room with pool view, children from 2 to 11 years old travel with the above discounts, but pay an additional surcharge:
- 1st child pays a surcharge of approx. 3€ per night and 2nd child pays a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 06/13/2025 to 09/09/2025, the 2 children pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people. The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room whether adults or children.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 30% of the price of a person staying in a double room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.

- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Es un hotel muy familiar, llevo varios años y sigue teniendo ese encanto que le caracteriza,
El personal en general hacen que te sientas como en casa, cualquier cosa que necesites te lo intentan solucionar en la mayor brevedad. Mi marido estuvo un día indispuesto y me falto tiempo para que Juan el encargado de sala hiciera llamar un compañero para hacerle una comida solo para él y teniendo el detalle de no hacerme esperar me lo subieron a la habitación con su agua y pan.
Sin duda lo recomiendo siempre y los que van, vuelven encantados y dándome las gracias por la recomendación insistiendo en que volverán. Escribiría muchas más cosas positivas y sinceramente ninguna negativa. Es un hotel magnífico, gracias por hacernos pasar unos días muy buenos. Volveremos.

Calidad/precio genial. Es el quinto año que visito el hotel con la familia, por algo será. Todo es correcto.
At the water park, there were only 2 double floaties, we were told that the rest were punctured, I think they should repair the punctured floaties or bring in new ones. It's not right that in the middle of the season they only have 2 double floaties.
The entertainment has declined a lot. Two nights they did a bingo (boring), one night there was a singer, and another night it was the magician Arkano (I have been seeing the same show from this man for 5 years, he should change his magic tricks or just change the magician because it's not very fun). I think the night shows should be livelier with music. The best part was the mini disco for the kids.
En el parque acuático solo había 2 flotadores dobles, nos comentaron que el resto estaban pinchados, creo que deberían reparar los flotadores pinchados o incorporar nuevos. No es correcto que en plena temporada solo tengan 2 flotadores dobles.
La animación ha decaido mucho. Por la noche 2 días hicieron un bingo (aburrido), una noche fue un cantante y otra noche fue el mago Arkano (llevo 5 años viendo el mismo espéctaculo de este señor, debería cambiar los trucos de magia o directamente cambiar al mago porque no es muy divertido). Creo que los espectáculos nocturnos deberían estar más animados con música. Lo mejor la minidisco para los niños.

El hotel en general bien. Calidad precio recomendable. Hotel familiar. Sin duda repetiría. Los toboganes muy bien. Lo único que el primer día se hizo caca una niña y tuvieron que cerrar uno de ellos hasta el día siguiente por lo tanto ese día no lo pudimos disfrutar.
I didn't like that they put on the website that you had the room at 14:00. We arrived shortly before and it wasn't ready. They told us it would be ready from 14:00 to 15:00h. At 15:30h we went and it still wasn't ready. In the mornings, they didn't have time to clean the room and they came in the afternoon. I didn't think that was right.

Teníamos PC, las habitaciones eran excelentes: muy limpias y las limpiaban a diario de forma impecable. Las piscinas estaban muy chulas para pasar la tarde, aunque en días con mucha gente pueden quedarse algo pequeñas, especialmente porque permiten el acceso a personas externas al hotel mediante el pago de una entrada.
