General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 12 years old: The first child benefits from a 65% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fifth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 50%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

La ubicación muy cerquita de la playa y centro historico
For a 4 star hotel, the rooms are very old and not very clean. The cleaning service came to the room at 12.30 am when we were already taking a shower to eat. Meal times very tight and the food is not great.
Para ser un 4 estrellas, las habitaciones están muy viejas y con poca limpieza. El servicio de limpieza se presentó en la habitación a las 12.30h cuando ya nos estábamos duchando para comer. Los horarios de las comidas muy ajustados y la comida no es gran cosa.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, it has at least 2 stars left over, in the room we had a broken balcony knob. Very little light in the room and in the bathroom, which lacks gel and shampoo that we had to buy, the towels had to ask for them.
As for the food very little in its variation and tasteless, and long before the end of meal times, the trays were removed. Not recommended to return.
El hotel no es de 4 estrellas,le sobran 2 por lo menos,en la habitación teníamos roto el pomo del balcón. Luz muy escasa en la habitaciónY en el cuarto de baño ,al que le falta gel y champú que tuvimos que comprar, las toallas teníamos que pedirlas.
Encuanto a la comida muy escasa en su variación y sin sabor,y mucho antes de finalizar el horario de comida,retiraban las bandejas. Nada recomendable para volver.

It is not a four star hotel
The pool is very small, for the amount of rooms the hotel has.
The food is very basic, the day they offered beef was inedible because of how hard it was.
We stayed 3 full days and not one day they offered Iberian ham.
The fruit only 2 varieties

La comida es muy básica, el día q ofrecieron carne vacuna era incomible de lo dura q estaba

A localização do hotel é boa, perto da praia mas sem a confusão do centro de Tossa.
It shouldn't be designated 4 stars. The room was very basic. The restaurant was a mess, with only 1.5 hours for meals and too many customers there was chaos. There was very little food on offer and I constantly found dirty dishes.
Não devia ser designado 4 estrelas. O quarto era super básico. O restaurante era uma confusão, com apenas 1h30 para as refeições e com demasiados clientes gerava-se o caos. A oferta alimentar era muito reduzida e constantemente encontrei loiça suja.

Ubicación del hotel.
It is not at all a 4 star hotel. Crappy rooms, with a balcony that you couldn't stand on because it was too narrow. There was not even soap in the bathroom. Our room overlooked the street with a closed door. We could perfectly follow the conversations of the family next door. Queues at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were told we could use the gym in the hotel across the street and on the very day I needed it, it happened to be closed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
No es en absoluto un hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones cutres, con un balcón en el que no se podía estar por estrecho. No había ni siquiera jabón en el baño. Nuestra habitación daba a la continua con una puerta cerrada. Podíamos seguir perfectamente las conversaciones de la famila de al lado. Colas en los desayunos, comidas y cenas. Nos dijeron que podíamos utilizar el gimnasio del hotel de enfrente y justo el día que lo necesitaba, casualmente estaba cerrado. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto.

Tuve varios problemas con la habitación y la recepcionista aparte de no dar solución fue muy mala educada.
La puerta de la habitación no abría y estuvimos dos días que parecíamos ladrones hasta 30 minutos intentando abrir con la tarjeta , cuando ya no abría nada nos quedamos más de 4 horas sin poder entrar en la habitación y en recepción nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada hasta que no le dieran solución.
Aparcamiento escaso y lo poco que hay tiene un coste de 37 euros día .
El comedor parece un restaurante de carretera de los que dan el desayuno rápido,y mucho ruido.
De lo que no hay queja es de la limpieza.
