The buffet was limited in variety, the bathroom door didn't close properly, and I would recommend adding more lighting in the bathroom. There's only one over the toilet, but none in the mirrors, making it very inconvenient for shaving or applying makeup. The hotel itself is fine, but not a 4-star hotel; a 3-star hotel would be just fine.

We had a problem with the room, hairdryer did not work, triple room instead of a double, single beds at different heights. That same day they could not solve it, the next day and thanks to the cleaning lady they changed us to a double room which was very good. The beds need renovation and the dinner was not very varied.

Hotel bien situado. Dos piscinas exteriores con hamacas y toallas que te prestan. Comida variada y muy rica, con opciones que satisfacen todos los gustos. Personal muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación ha sido bastante buena, y del hotel también, con numeroso personal que se encargaba de ello. Lo recomiendo, en general las ventajas son muy superiores a los inconvenientes.
I didn't like that at dinner you have to pay for the drink, while other people were given the option of a free pitcher of water. The justification was that they paid for the drink included (in my reservation it didn't let me). Anyway it is illegal not to give a pitcher of water since the law allows it, I did not want to generate problems. The parking around the area is bad, they have a dirt one next door, which I read in the comments was very expensive. You can park 10 minutes walk away in a residential area above (Carrer de Antonio Machado). The person in charge of the dining room was a bit rude the first day, then he softened a bit. The rest of the staff was very friendly.
No me gustó que en la cena tengas que pagar la bebida, mientras que a otras personas le daban la opción de una jarra de agua gratis. La justificación fue que ellos pagaron el bebida incluida (en mi reserva no me dejó). De todas formas es ilegal no dar una jarra de agua ya que la ley lo permite, no quise generar problemas. El parking por la zona es malo, tiene uno de tierra al lado, que según leí en los comentarios era muy caro. Puedes aparcar a 10 minutos andando en una zona residencial arriba (Carrer de Antonio Machado). El responsable del comedor un poco borde el primer día, luego se suavizó un poco. El resto del personal muy amable.

Una incidencia con las consignas de las maletas,que dijeron que acompañaban a los clientes a recogerlas al cuarto y cuando fui a recogerlas había un grupo grande cogiéndolas sin ningún acompañante del hotel y podían haberse llevado las mías,lo comenté en recepción y me contestaron que no me preocupara que habían cámaras,cosa que no es ninguna solución,cuando los que se las podían haber llevado son de otro pais
