Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Infants (up to 1 year old included):
- 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults. Only possible in double and triple rooms. In case of choosing a quadruple room, the hotel will assign a bed and charge the corresponding amount.
- Travelling with 2 babies? Contact us here so we can check if it is possible to stay in the same room.
Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).
- the type of room you book (triple, quadruple, with sea view...).
- the dates you travel (summer season, spring...).
For this reason, you will see the discounts already applied directly during the booking process.
Good to know:
- Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old (included) pay the adult rate. The hotel does not make exceptions in this regard.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- If you are travelling with children, the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- If you are all adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 40% per room per night. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- We allow 1 dog per room, no other pets allowed, sorry!

Me ha gustado el hotel en general, principalmente la piscina del silencio.
I would improve the reception upon arrival, luggage control, and provide better explanations. I found the bar service a bit expensive. I would also enhance the surveillance as we encountered a cat prowling the hallways.

I would improve the cleanliness of the rooms.
Good food but not much variety.
The all-inclusive drinks are quite limited, basic beer, pre-made cocktails, very limited alcohol.
Insufficient sunbeds and umbrellas, we had to complain because we had nowhere to sit and everything was reserved without people being present. They say they remove towels after 30 minutes but only do so if requested.
I would have liked more music, activities, and evening performances.

Tumbonas y sombrillas insuficientes, tuvimos que quejarnos porque no teníamos dónde ponernos y estaba todo reservado sin estar la gente presente. Dicen que quitan las toallas a los 30min pero solo lo hacen si lo solicitas.
Me hubiera gustado más música, actividades y actuaciones nocturnas.

I would improve the animation, a bit weak compared to the Porto Magno hotel (for example). And in the pool area, I would liven it up a bit with music (in my opinion). I really have no complaints to make about my stay over 4 nights with two children.

The entertainment team is very important in these hotels and it has not been good. Last year, we stayed at the same Alegria Cabo de Gata chain and the entertainment was spectacular.
There are not enough sunbeds for everyone and they do not respect or enforce the sunbed booking rule.
The cleanliness of the buffet leaves much to be desired.
