Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 30%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed, as long as it is not a dangerous breed.
- Pets may be left alone in the room. Please note that a "do not disturb" sign must be posted.
- They may accompany you to the bar and restaurant as long as they stay in the terrace area.
- You can rent a bed with a drinking and feeding bowl by leaving a deposit of 20€. The amount will be refunded upon departure when you return the bed and bowls.

All is ok , buena comida habitaciones limpias todo bien la piscina podría estar en mejores condiciones.

El hotel está alejado de la playa, pero la zona es tranquila y cuenta con parking subterráneo gratuito y varias calles donde es posible aparcar sin problemas, tambien dispone de bus para bajarte a Estepona (está a unos 8km más o menos) las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. El personal es muy agradable y el servicio de animación es genial, sin duda recomendable

Tanto el establecimiento como el personal están dentro de la categoría. Las comidas un poco deficientes en variedad( sobre todo el desayuno), anomalías de falta de corriente eléctrica lo que conlleva la paralización de las máquinas de cafés y zumos. En las comidas las botellas de agua muy caras. Las habitaciones para ser de una determinada categoría estaban descuidadas con desperfectos y instrumentos que no funcionan ( Microondas ,cocina, aspirador de humos). Se nota una falta de personal en la limpieza de las habitaciones ( 2 días NO limpiaron y tuvimos que pedir en recepción tanto el papel higiénico como las toallas, sin disculparse). Falta de luces y otras en mal estado así como enchufes. Puerta de armario resquebrajada. Mobiliario de la terraza en mal estado. Faltan cortinas para oscurecer la sala. Sumideros de la piscina en MUY MAL ESTADO que llegaron a provocar lesiones a una persona( que visitó al director del complejo , pero que no le facilitó ni una triste pomada para su lesión). Aparatos del gimnasio rotos. Personal de comedor amable y simpático. Camas en muy buen estado.

The surroundings of the hotel should be more illuminated starting from 24:00. The entertainment service for seniors is a bit weak. They should be up to the level of a 4-star hotel.
HABRÍA QUE TENER BASTANTE MANTENIMIENTO QUE LES FALTA. LOS CABLES ELÉCTRICOS QUE HAY EN LOS JARDINES DE LA PISCINA HABRÍA QUE PONERLES PROTECCIÓN PARA EVITAR UN POSIBLE ACCIDENTE. LAS INMEDIACIONES AL HOTEL DEBEDERIA ESTAR MÁS ILUMINADOS APARTIR DE LAS 24:00H.
EL SERVICIO DE ANIMACIÓN PARA MAYORES UN POCO FLOJO.
DEBERÍAN ESTAR A LA ALTURA DE UN HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS .
