Habitación amplia
It needs a full renovation and deep cleaning to be a proper 4-star hotel. Breakfast was the worst part, not worth it because there was no variety of pastries, fruit, or bread, and the juice and milk were terrible.

Todo ha sido mejor de lo que nos esperábamos, leímos los comentarios de la comida y íbamos un poco preocupados, pero todo lo contrario. El buffet tiene de todo, es cierto que hay aglomeraciones pero lo normal en estas fechas. Las camas cómodas, las almohadas geniales (tenían 2 cada cama), la limpieza correcta, y bien insonorizado. La piscina genial, lo único que el tobogán es para menores de min. 120 cm y nuestros niños no se han podido tirar. Lo hemos pasado genial. La animación de 10!

La habitación era cómoda amplia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente la limpieza un poco regular. La variedad del buffet regular también pero bueno no estaba mal. Pocas tumbonas en la piscina para la gente que hay en el hotel. Los recepcionistas muy amables. Y el personal del comedor muy amables y serviciales. Nos tocó la habitación con vistas a la piscina con una terraza muy acogedora. Y el personal de animación muy divertidos y simpáticos animando en todo momento.
The rooms are left in poor condition after cleaning, with hair on the floor and on the sheets. In the five days we've been here, we've had to ask for clean towels every day and our sheets have not been changed once, despite being stained since the second day—one with blood and the others with dirty footprints. They also didn't replenish the toilet paper, only leaving what was already in the dispenser, despite three people sharing the room. Additionally, one of the bar waiters, a dark-skinned man with a beard, was unfriendly and unhelpful. There are long lines at meal times, even though there are clean, empty tables in the dining room, leading to people being held back outside, something I couldn't understand. I would call it poor organization.

En cinco días que hemos estado todos los días hemos tenido que pedir que nos pusieran toallas limpias y no nos han cambiado las sábanas ningún día estando manchadas desde el segundo día una de sangre y otras de huellas de pies sucias. Y tampoco reponían papel higiénico solamente dejaban el que había puesto en el dispensador estando tres personas en la habitación. Luego uno de los camareros del bar moreno con barba poco amable y se poco servicial. Se hace largas colas a la hora de comer y cenar habiendo en el comedor mesas libres y vacías limpias y obtienen retenidos fuera una cosa que no entendía mala organización lo llamaría.

Viajamos en familia y fué un acierto escoger este hotel. Estuvimos muy tranquilos a la vez que disfrutamos de los servicios. La habitación era muy amplia y con mucho espacio para colocarlo todo. Un detalle tener tendedero en la terraza.
Los niños disfrutaron, comieron y descansaron genial. Posiblemente repitamos.

We requested separate beds and found a 1.35 bed, we informed this at reception for a room change and they told us it was not possible even though there were available rooms with single beds. The food was quite good, although very repetitive every day, desserts not very varied and yogurts were almost never available. For breakfast, one day there were pancakes and the next day there were omelettes. You have to go to the dining room early at all times, otherwise there are endless queues to enter the dining room and inside as well, the staff could not keep up with clearing tables, the air was very strong. And there are only three elevators, so we almost always had to take the stairs. The pool loungers were very old, when you lay down there was no way to get up and also you got splinters everywhere from the sticks.

Y solo hay tres ascensores, por lo que casi siempre teníamos que coger las escaleras. Las amacas de la piscina muy viejas, cuando te tumbabas no había manera de levantarse y además te coavanas en todas partes los palos.
