Lo mejor, la animación del sábado noche nos gustó. Nos divertimos mucho. La del domingo también pero un poco menos.
Su ubicación está relativamente cerca de la playa, a un paseo de 10 ó 15 minutos.
El hotel necesita una buena reforma. Se ve viejo y se nota sobre todo en las habitaciones, los colchones de muelles y las almohadas muy finas y un sofá cama que no sirve ni como asiento.
Y el baño también "casi" limpio pero bastante deteriorado y la bañera con cortinas. Cuando hemos estado había muchas personas mayores, un cambio a plato de ducha sería de agradecer y sobre todo para evitar posibles disgustos.
En el restaurante que nos tocó porque hay varios, la experiencia con la comida ha sido regular. Había un poco de todo pero de no muy buena calidad ni variedad, para no repetir. A pesar de esto, en el desayuno, el café estaba bueno pero el zumo de naranja muy muy malo para mi gusto.

Durante mi estancia, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal del hotel (personal de recepción, equipo de limpieza, camareros/as y cocineros/as).
La comida en general estaba buena (desayuno, almuerzo y cena). Mucha variedad y buena presentación.
Hay muchos puntos a mejorar en el hotel desde mi punto de vista, y coinciden con muchas de las reseñas ya puestas.
El hotel está muy dejado, les hace falta cambiar el aspecto general con urgencia. El estado de las habitaciones son malas (pude acceder a otras habitaciones en las que se alojaron unos familiares y ver que no solo era mi habitación).
El colchón de mi cama estaba literalmente hundido y el forro roto, el somier del sofá cama tenía 3 lamas, una de ellas rota y el resto inexistentes. El esmalte de la bañera estaba descolorida tirando a negro (y visualmente no ayuda a que uno se duche con tranquilidad pensando que es suciedad). Todo el mobiliario es antiguo, no está bien conservado.
La limpieza podría mejorarse un poco más.
Destacar que debido al mal tiempo que nos hizo (no pudiendo disfrutar de la playa, ni de la piscina, ni del parque infantil exterior) el hotel no habilitó la zona infantil más allá del horario de actividades programadas, teniendo que estar con dos niños pequeños dando vueltas por todo el hotel para distraerlos continuamente y subiendo y bajando a la habitación. En un hotel tan grande, con mucha afluencia de familias, deberían tener en cuenta las inclemencias meteorológicas para acoger y resguardar a las familias en una zona cómoda, para que los más pequeños puedan disfrutar y distraerse.
Como punto final, decir que no volvería a alojarme en este hotel.

Hemos reclamado un espacio para ellos( que curiosamente existe con un horario mínimo) pero estaban usándolo para una actividad con personas asistentes a una convención.
Nos hemos llevado los tres días dando vueltas por el hall del hotel sin saber cómo entretener a dos menores a menos q subieras a habitación a ponerles tele.
Con lo cual para nada lo recomiendo.no es d lógica que con tanto espacio no tengan habilitado tres metros cuadrados con un parque de bolas y un tobogan
