Terrible service at reception! Food was awful and of very low quality! The room was dreadful. It wouldn't even qualify as a 2-star hotel! Worst of all, we arrived around 8. On entering the room the floor was dirty, one of the two beds looked used. Hair in the bathroom and the worst? A huge brown stain beside the toilet! I went to complain and the woman at reception said she was very sorry but they were full and had no cleaning staff at that hour!!!
I left first thing the next morning and switched hotels.
Mala atención en recepción! Comida horrible y de una calidad bajísima! La habitación terrible. No califica ni como hotel de 2 estrellas! Lo peor de todo es que llegamos tipo 8. Al entrar a la habitación el suelo estaba sucio, una de las dos camas parecía usada. Pelos en el baño y lo peor? Toda una mancha marrón al costado del water! Fui a reclamar y me contestó la de recepción, que lo sentía mucho pero estaban completos y sin personal de limpieza a esa hora!!!
