Hemos estado la segunda semana de Agosto y ha estado genial. Me lo esperaba más masificado, pero a pesar de que el hotel se notaba lleno, hemos estado super agusto, sin nada de agobios por la gente, colas ni nada. La piscina genial, al igual que la animación. Los niños se lo pasan super bien. La habitación estupenda, la cama comodísima. En general, hemos pasado una muy buena estancia y repetiríamos sin duda!!
If I had to mention something to improve (not a criticism), it would be the buffet food. Although it is varied and there is a bit of everything, the quality is not the best, but acceptable — what you would expect from hotels of this type. For us, the best part was the breakfast. The rooms feel a little dated; you can tell the hotel is older from the décor and such. But it is not a problem, just an area for improvement. One small inconvenience we had was that the lifts broke down on our last day, which was a hassle since we had a pushchair and were on the fifth floor, but technicians were called straight away to repair them.
Por decir algo a mejorar (que no malo), sería la comida del buffet. Aunque es variada y hay un poco de todo, la calidad no es la mejor, pero pasable, es de esperar para hoteles de este tipo. Para nosotros, lo mejor el desayuno. Las habitaciones se notan un poco antiguas, se nota que el hotel tiene sus años en la decoración, etc. Pero no es un problema, solo un aspecto a mejorar.Un pequeño contratiempo que tuvimos fue que los ascensores se rompieron el último día que estuvimos y nos fastidió un poco porque íbamos con carrito de bebé y estábamos en una 5 planta, pero enseguida llamaron a los técnicos para repararlos.

Atencion muy buena, nos dieron unas chuches para perritos ya que iban las mascotas. El bufet bastante equilibrado y muy rico. La habitación era enorme ya que habia una cama de matrimonio y dos individuales y la limpieza impecable, sobretodo la atencion de las limpiadoras.
The lack of communication from the central office to the hotel we stayed in: we called twice to ask if we could bring both dogs because they only accepted one, and due to a family emergency I had to take them. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and the hotel had no record of this and refused to let us in until I showed them the calls... they said that if the central office had said yes, then it was yes... but they should inform the hotel or send an email as proof to guests so these problems do not happen in future... aside from this issue, the service was excellent.
La falta de comunicación por parte de la central con el hotel en el que nos alojamos ya que llamamos 2 veces para preguntar si podiamos llevar a los 2 perros porque solo aceptaban 1 y por una emergencia familiar me los tenia que llevar. Total que en la centrale dijeron que sin problema que al llegar a recepción que lo dijera y pagara el coste. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos que en el hotel no tenian constancia de nada y no querian dejarnos hasta que les enseñé las llamadas....y dijeron que si en la central dijeron que si pues era que si...pero deberian avisar al hotel o mandar un correo como justificante a los huespedes para que no ocurra estos problemas en un futuro....aun quitando este problema la atención fue estupenda.

The hotel is quite run-down; some bathrooms are pretty shabby. In my room — and from what I heard — there were ant infestations on the first day; we had to shake them out of the beach basket. I mentioned it and they fumigated. The toilet cistern was broken — they may have fixed it. One of the worst things was the lifts: to give you an idea, on the day we left I carried my suitcases down three flights because every floor had queues for the lifts — far too many people for three small, rather old lifts. El hotel está bastante envejecido,hay baños que son bastante cutres,en mi habitación y por lo que oí..habían plagas de hormigas el primer día a sacudidas las sacábamos del capazo de la playa,lo comente y fumigaron. La cisterna del baño rota .igual lo arreglaron y creo que algo de lo peor...los ascensores por hacer una idea el día que nos fuimos baje 3pisos con las maletas por qué en todas las plantas habían colas para cogerlos demasiada gente para 3ascensores pequeños y bastante viejos en fin precio...si calidad para mí no de un 4* tiene mucho que mejorar
