Las instalaciones algo viejas y descuidadas en algunas zonas,el buffet aceptable sin destacar nada la limpieza ee las habitaciones la justa,había un papel y una palomita en la habitación y ahi siguieron en nuestra ausencia nada q destacar pero bo se si barren y friega cuando entran

Práctica mente todo, para empezar cuando llegamos al Hotel, el personal de recepción, nos informó un poco regular, ya que había un aparcamiento gratuito y al no habernos informado nosotros cogimos el de pago.
Nos informamos esa misma noche que el aparcamiento era gratuito, ya que nos lo dijo un huésped del Hotel.
Con respecto a la habitación, en cuanto llegamos, había deficiencias en la limpieza e, incluso las almohadas, las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvimos que decirles que las cambiasen
Nos pusieron al lado de otra habitación donde los huéspedes eran súper molestos y no pudimos descansar ningunas de las dos noches
En cuanto al buffet, un poco escaso y poco personal
Había que estar continuamente diciendo a los camareros que repusiesen tanto vasos como tazas en el desayuno, porque al haber poco personal no daban abasto
Con respecto al animación, no había absolutamente nada solamente por la noche algo, pero para ser un Hotel de cuatro estrellas bastante deficiente

Para mejorar el primer aspecto fue la comida, solo un plato de pescado con alta concentración de mercurio que casualmente lo ponían en la plancha por el mediodía y con salsa por la noche y el que ponían a la plancha por la noche, con salsa al mediodía. Poca variedad y muy monótona. Los últimos servicios salimos fuera porque no podíamos más. La bebida tenías que ir tú a buscarla a una barra aparte porque quitaban hasta los vasos para que no te pudieras servir agua.

Ha sido una estancia increíble,la verdad es que la fecha ha acompañado bastante,no había apenas gente,el buffet bastante bien, completo para la poca gente que había,la piscina espectacular, prácticamente no había nadie a ninguna hora,el tobogán infantil es un plus,la niña ha disfrutado muchísimo ya que había pocos niños y lo podía utilizar sin esperar,el servicio y los trabajadores ha sido excelente,la verdad es que si todo va bien repetiremos el año que viene sin dudarlo

The rooms are old — floors, décor, beds... The food is good but not very varied. The dining room is uncomfortable because it’s very noisy and feels oppressive with such low ceilings. Staff were so-so except for the cleaners, who were lovely and polite every time I met them. Fine for a weekend if you’ve got nothing planned, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than two days.
Es antiguo respecto a habitaciones, suelos, decoración, camas…la comida buena pero no gran variedad, el comedor es incómodo porque se oye muchísimo ruido y agobia al tener los techos tan bajos, personal regular excepto las limpiadoras que han sido super simpáticas y educadas cada vez que me las he cruzado. Para un finde que no tengas nada pues esta bien, más de dos días no lo recomiendo

La puntuación de la comida no es solo por la falta de variedad, sino también por el modo de dispensación de varios productos de la zona fría( todo en cantidad para servir, siendo habitual en otros hoteles los envases individuales, yogur, natillas, queso de untar. Es por sugerir algo pero comer se come muy bien aunque no hay mucha variedad.
Sin duda la animación es enfocada a todas las edades ( no mayores o niños) por lo que pudimos disfrutar al máximo.
Sin duda si volvería todos muy atentos y simpáticos.
Las bebidas tienen un precio en comedor y bar.
En cuanto al tema de los colchones extrañé el mio la primera noche, si que necesitan actuar.
