Honestly, and not to discredit anyone’s work, but it’s really hard to find anything good about that hotel. To begin with, the rooms were a disaster — we had 418 and the bathroom mirror was streaked all over with rust, the bathtub was coming away, also rusty, and the sealant joints had no silicone. Water leaked all the time; you could hardly shower without the room looking like an Olympic swimming pool. The air conditioning didn’t cool, so you had to run the fan and the air at the same time to get any sort of coolness. The food was dreadful — not just a bad experience, but for a 4* hotel they should know that a jelly needs to be set, as do flans and mousses. Hot food was served cold or reheated, there were long queues at the buffet because they weren’t putting food out, the dining room was unbearably hot — very poor management, honestly. Some staff answered rudely; for example, the first day I called reception because the air wouldn’t switch on and their reply was: “it works, the problem is you don’t know how to turn it on.” At night the doors slammed shut because they don’t have a slow-close spring, and honestly I arrived looking forward to the stay and wanted to leave from the first day.
Sinceramente, y no es por desprestigiar el trabajo de nadie, pero ese hotel muy difícilmente se puede buscar algo bueno, para empezar las habitaciones eran un desastre, nos tocó la 418 y el espejo del baño tenía chorreones de óxido por todo el espejo, la bañera estaba despegada, también con óxido y las juntas sin silicona. El agua se salía a todas horas, apenas podías ducharte sin que la habitación pareciera una piscina olímpica. Luego el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, tenías que tener el ventilador y el aire a la misma vez para que hiciera algo de fresco. La comida era nefasta, no es por mala experiencia, es que para ser un hotel de 4* se debería saber que una gelatina se debe de sacar cuajada al igual que los flanes y los mousse, la comida caliente fría o recalentada, largas colas en el buffet porque no sacaban comida, una calor horrible en el comedor, muy mala gestión sinceramente. Algunos empleados contestaban mal, por ejemplo el primer día que fui llamé a recepción porque el aire no encendía y su respuesta fue: “funcionar, funciona otra cosa es que no sepas encenderlo” a altas horas de la madrugada las puertas se cerraban de portazos porque no tienen un muelle detrás que las cierre despacio, la verdad es que iba con muchas ganas de estar ahí y desde el primer día me quería ir.

El salón nocturno junto al bar por la noche estuvo bastante animado.
The mattresses were awful and impossible to sleep on, the sheets smelled musty, and the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. The inside of the bathroom door was damaged, the frames looked dreadful, the shower head only worked half the time, the holder was in poor condition and impossible to keep still while showering, and water spilled from the shower onto the floor. Overall the bathroom is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel.
Another issue is the pool floor, where you could see patches where the paint had come off. Room service... they gave us the room at 15:00h when we arrived and checkout had to be at 10:00 the next morning. Finally, the most serious and worrying thing we saw was that the lift nearest the reception desk has a cabin safety cable in poor condition — one strand of the cable is broken — and it seems a technician left it like that (badly done). The guide rails of the cabin were noticeably dirty. Neglect and poor maintenance overall; a very bad experience.
Los colchones malísimos para poder dormir bien, las sábanas olían a rancio, el baño de nuestra habitación dejó mucho que desear, la puerta por la parte de dentro del baño deteriorada, los marcos daban pena mirarlos, la alcachofa de ducha funcionaba solo la mitad, el soporte en mal estado e imposible dejarlo quieto para ducharse, el agua se salía de la ducha al suelo, en general el baño no hace nombre para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Otro punto a mejorar es el suelo de la piscina, se notaban huecos de haber perdido la pintura, el servicio de habitaciones... nos dieron la habitación a las 15:00 cuando llegamos y la salida tenía que ser a las 10:00 del día siguiente... y por último, lo más serio y delicado que vimos fue que el ascensor que está más cerca al mostrador de recepción, tiene un cable de sujeción de la cabina en mal estado, el cual tiene un hilo partido y para estar de esa manera algún técnico lo dejo así ( mal hecho) fruto de un mal mantenimiento llama la atención la suciedad de los carriles guia de la cabina. Dejadez y mal mantenimiento en general, muy mala experiencia.
