Information about the access to the Caldea Classic spa center

• The access to Caldea Classic is for the day following your check-in date at the hotel. That is to say, if your holiday starts on Friday, the access to the spa will be on Saturday.
• The time of access varies depending on whether you are travelling on weekdays or weekends.
  • Monday to Friday: access at 11:00 am.
  • Saturdays and Sundays: access at 9:00 am.
  • April 18, 19 and 20: access at 9:00 am.
• Please note that if you arrive later than this time, you will not be able to enjoy your session at Caldea Classic. Please note to be punctual!
• Please note that, to access, you only need to show the confirmation voucher that we will send you at the reception of the thermal center.
• It is very important to note that it is not possible to make any changes.

Conditions for children

• For safety reasons, children under 2 years of age are not allowed to enter the center.
• For safety reasons, children under 5 years old can not access the Caldea Classic center, but they can access Likids.
  • The entrance to Likids is not included in the package, so you will have to add it.
• For children between 5 and 11 years old is mandatory to present a document proving age and must always be accompanied by an adult (it is essential one adult for every three children).
  • The children's entrance fee is already included in the package you have booked.

General conditions

• All people less than 1.30m tall must enter with arm floats.
• For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or with a bandaged or plastered body member are not allowed.
• It is mandatory to be punctual and respect the time of access you have booked to access the center.
• Please note that in case Caldea has full capacity on a given day, we will offer you the entrance for another day of your stay. It is not usual, but if this were to happen, we would let you know as soon as possible.

Welcome drink!

• With this deal you can enjoy 1 welcome drink per person and booking.
• It can be water, soft drink, beer or coffee.
• Ask for it at the reception upon arrival.

About the water area of the Best Andorra Center

Relax and recharge your energy in the water area of the Best Andorra Center with indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna and a perfect solarium terrace.

Enjoy a relaxing time in the indoor pool and extend the relaxation in the sauna, open in the afternoon.

• The schedule is as follows: from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• The sauna is open from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
• The use of towel, bathing suit and flip-flops is compulsory.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
