Esta a unos 20 min de Cartagena en coche. El hitel es precioso, las habitaciones chulisismas, todas con balcon.
La mitad dan a las pistas de tenis y otras (las del edificio de recepción) a las piscinas. Tanto unas como otras el bañcon es de salida directa a las pistas/piscinas.
El personal, tanto de recepción, como del restaurante majísimos y super serviciales.
En el buffet tienen opciones sin gluten. Variedad de comida, sobretodo por la mañana y por la noche. Al medio dia al haber pocos comenselaes, hay menos, cosa normal y entendible. Nos vos con muy buen sabor de boca!

The service, cleanliness, staff and animation girls all 5/5. everyone was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The children loved the pools and the animation activities as well. Around 20 min drive from Cartagena itself we easily spent a morning walking around there and back for lunch.
The food could have been better. I had higher expectations for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The pool bar isn’t included in the Full Board either.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room was good; in fact, it was one of the things we liked most. However, the room was full of ants. They tried to fix the problem but didn’t succeed: the ants simply found another way in and things remained much the same.
The buffet also leaves a lot to be desired. It is very repetitive and the variety is limited. On several occasions the pineapple and watermelon were overripe, and the desserts were almost always the same.
Also, during our stay there was no entertainment at all, which we missed.
Overall, for a four-star hotel we expected much more. The cleanliness is fine, but there are important aspects — especially the ant problem, the lack of variety at the buffet and the absence of entertainment — that should be much better handled.
La limpieza general del hotel y de la habitación estaba bien; de hecho, fue uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba llena de hormigas. Intentaron solucionar el problema, pero no lo consiguieron: las hormigas simplemente encontraron otra entrada y seguimos prácticamente igual.
El buffet también deja bastante que desear. Es muy repetitivo y la variedad es escasa. En varias ocasiones, la piña y la sandía estaban pasadas, y los postres eran prácticamente siempre los mismos.
Además, durante nuestra estancia no había ningún tipo de animación, algo que también echamos en falta.
En general, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, esperábamos bastante más. La limpieza está bien, pero hay aspectos importantes, especialmente el problema de las hormigas, la poca variedad del buffet y la ausencia de animación, que deberían estar mucho mejor cuidados.
