El personal muy amable y hacen su trabajo bien en especial la limpieza, la habitación muy cómoda, las piscinas están muy limpias y siempre hay muy poca gente para disfrutarlas.

I decided to stay at this hotel because of its high rating and even sacrificed staying elsewhere in livelier areas to have a better-quality hotel experience, but that wasn’t the case. I don’t recommend it; for the same price there are better alternatives.
Pues la comida muy regular ya que la calidad de carnes y pescados es muy baja además no había yogures ni helados la primera vez que lo veo. Yo decí ir a éste hotel por la nota tan buena y sacrifiqué ir a otros en zonas buenas con mucho ambiente para tener una experiencia superior en calidad de hotel pero no ha sido el caso la verdad no lo recomiendo por el mismo precio hay mejores alternativas.

Hotel nuevo, con horarios amplios, habitaciones y baños muy limpios, personal muy amable, limpieza de las habitaciones muy rápida y efectiva, 3 piscinas en las que no sientes aglomeración en ningún momento. I don’t think it’s necessary to have activities for children every day, as it disrupts the tranquillity of other guests. Using a loudspeaker to encourage children from 16:30 until 19:30h is quite unpleasant — it’s difficult to enjoy the pool with such a racket.

Very basic buffet, and something that surprised me for the worse was the number of flies walking over the food — it was disgusting. It is extremely hot, there are no green areas, just concrete that retains the heat. The area is barren and the beach is unusable. And if you were hoping to relax, there’s no peaceful atmosphere by the pool either: loudspeaker music all day and the entertainers using a microphone constantly. We stayed five days and it was disappointing.
Buffet muy básico, y algo que me ha sorprendido para mal es la cantidad de moscas paseandose por encima de la comida es asqueroso. Hace muchísimo calor , no hay zonas verdes todo hormigón que acumula el calor.La zona es desértica , la playa no puede usarse .Y si piensas en un lugar para desconectar tampoco hay animación en la piscina todo el día con un altavoz de música y las animadoras con el micro todo el día. Hemos estado 5 días y han sido decepcionantes
