El hotel es estupendo, habitaciones muy espaciosas y modernas, piscinas extraordinarias, el bufét bastante correcto,los empleados muy amables,, la ubicación del hotel está un poco apartada pero para gente como yo que busca tranquilidad es inmejorable, ahora en septiembre solo hubo el sábado animación nocturna pero fue muy buena con los dos chicos que actuaron.
Aunque el buffet es bastante correcto siempre es posible mejorar un poco pero ya digo correcto.

El hotel está muy bien, los trabajadores son agradables, desayunos muy bien y resto de comidas bastante aceptables. Por un módico precio hemos podido hacer check out más tarde.
Como ya se sabía el entorno alrededor del hotel no tiene nada y las playas no son aptas para el baño, hay playas bonitas a 20min en coche.

The maintenance of the bathrooms is not optimal and the buffet is good but scarce, as the hot dishes will run out and you had to wait or ask for them to be replenished.

Personal de servicio muy amables, instalaciones y habitación cómodas y limpias.
El acceso por la parte trasera no funcionaba, la televisión al ser por internet se quedaba “colgada” se lo comunicamos en reiteradas ocasiones en las que no hubo solución, solicitamos la opción de cambiar de habitación a lo que nos comunicaron que el hotel estaba lleno, ese mismo día cerraron la piscina olímpica indicando que había baja ocupación,en diferentes horas y días se iba la luz de todo el hotel

Lo único es la ubicación que está un poco en la nada y si quieres ir a algún sitio tienes que coger el coche. Si no te quieres mover del hotel sin problema puedes estar allí muy bien. Eso sí, la playa más cercana al hotel no es para bañarse.

El Hotel occidental mar menor es un Hotel lazo la habitación era muy grande y confortable. Todo muy limpio el personal excepcional. La zona de la piscina es impresionante la comida rica y variada
Por mencionar algo negativo lo haría en su ubicación está a unos 20 minutos de Cartagena pero alrededor del Hotel no hay absolutamente nada, pero no fuimos engañados porque lo pone en sus características
