General discounts:
- Children from 0 to 11 years old: The first child stays for FREE, The second child stays for FREE
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fifth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 20%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 2.2 € per person and night.

La ubicación increíble el todo incluido nos ha sorprendido para bien, la animación genial y el personal tanto del buffet como los del bar de piscina súper agradables y muy divertidos aún teniendo mucha faena en ningun momento los hemos visto dar una mala contestación y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara
What would definitely improve are the very old and airless rooms and the access to the beach, I would put a minibus to make it easier for people who can't walk or for those who come with babies in strollers, elderly people, etc., because everything is downhill to go down smoothly but going up is hard... and by putting a vehicle on the road next to the Riu hotel, the complex would gain value and there wouldn't be as many complaints as we hear from customers.
Lo q mejoraría si lugar a dudas es las habitaciones muy antiguas y sin aire y el acceso a la playa pondría un mini bus para facilitar a la gente a no puede caminar o los q van con bebés con carros gente mayor etc pq todo en pendiente para bajar bien pero la subida cuesta..y poniendo un vehículo por la carretera q esta al lado del hotel Riu ganaría valor al complejo y no habría tantas quejas como oímos por partes de los clientes .

Tiene muy buenas vistas al mar y la playa está muy bien. Piscina grande. Amabilidad de los camareros y cocineros.
I do not recommend the accommodation at all. It has serious electrical problems, even endangering the safety of guests. It also does not have air conditioning, only a few fans that sometimes work and sometimes do not. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, there were two cockroaches living with us, which we could not tolerate anymore, and at least they diverted us to another hotel in the chain, which was already expected.
El alojamiento no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Tiene problemas graves eléctricos, incluso poniendo en peligro la seguridad de los huéspedes. Tampoco tiene aire acondicionado, solo unos ventiladores que a veces funcionan y otras no. Además en el segundo día de estancia, había dos cucarachas conviviendo con nosotros, lo que ya no pudimos tolerar y por lo menos nos hicieron un desvío a otro hotel de la cadena, que ya era lo esperado.

La ubicación y el entorno del hotel es espectacular. La comida buena y el personal un 10. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Habitación como pequeños apartamentos metidos en una pinada, da frescor e independencia.
The rooms need renovating, the mattresses on the beds and the sofa (where the girls slept) are very hard. We didn't feel hot despite not having air conditioning, there is plenty of shade and a breeze. The fans work well but they are old and very noisy.
Las habitaciones están para renovar, colchones de las camas y el sofá ( donde dormían las niñas) muy duros . No hemos pasado calor a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, mucha sombra y brisa. Los ventiladores van bien pero son viejos y muy ruidosos.

I did not like the rooms at all, they were very old for their price. There were closets that couldn't be opened because they were broken and old. The food was not very good either.

The place has stairs to access the bar, the swimming pool below, and the beach... I didn't know, it should be specified since in my case, I have many visual problems. That caused me a lot of distress every time I had to go down... and very little lighting at night.

There are 3 pools, they could make only 1 for adults. Since children have their own.
In the lower floors, it smells very damp. They should put air fresheners.

We had a cockroach infestation on the penultimate night in our room that the hotel staff had already identified and did not inform us about (we found out later that they already knew). For this reason, on the last night, we requested a refund because we went to sleep at a hotel next door (we returned the room at the normal check-out time) and they did not grant us the refund because they offered us the option to go to another hotel in the chain but it is a 15-minute drive away. We did not accept because we were in a group of 20 people and did not have a car.
Tivemos uma praga de baratas na penúltima noite no nosso quarto que o pessoal do hotel já tinha identificado e não nos comunicou (descobrimos depois que já sabiam). Por esse motivo, na ultima noite, pedimos o reembolso porque fomos dormir para um hotel ao lado (entregamos o quarto na hora normal de checkout) e não nos concederam o reembolso porque nos deram a opção de ir para um outro hotel da cadeia mas que fica a 15min de carro. Não aceitamos porque estávamos num grupo de 20 pessoas e não tínhamos viatura.
