- The maximum capacity is 4 people per room.
- Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
- Single occupancy surcharge: is approximately 70%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- 1 pet per room is allowed.

Habitación de pena ,baño que se cae a trozos ,faltan racholas ,hormigas ,le falta una reforma integral,vamos que da pena y hasta miedo ...
Comida normal tirando a mala ,y en momentos puntuales (ESCASEZ)no había comida y gente esperando a que cocineros sacarán más comida ....de chiste vamos

¡Una grata sorpresa en el Hotel Mercury by ALEGRIA! Muy recomendable
Estuve 2 días de vacaciones con mi hija en el Hotel Mercury by ALEGRIA, y aunque al principio tenía dudas por las valoraciones negativas que había leído, decidí reservar porque era lo que me podía permitir. ¡Y qué buena sorpresa nos llevamos!
A pesar de la corta estancia, todo fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba: la habitación limpia y cómoda, la comida muy rica y variada, el personal súper amable y atento, y la piscina ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en todo momento.
Por el precio que tiene, de verdad que no se puede pedir más. Superó mis expectativas y me alegra no haberme dejado llevar por los comentarios negativos. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volveré sin dudarlo.

Mejorar en la comida no hay mucha variedad y arreglar las bañeras.
También las señoras de limpieza no dejaban toallas , por qué decían que si los clientes las dejan en el piso quiere decir que tienen que cambiar . Y no estoy de acuerdo porque los días que estés ahí tienen que cambiar las toallas.
