- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies.
- The maximum capacity is 4 people per room.
- Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
- Single occupancy surcharge: is approximately 70%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- 1 pet per room is allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, lounge or pool area.

La atención del personal de recepción excelente, se me presento un inconveniente con la TV y de inmediato los resolvieron, muy diligentes. Tiene muy buena ubicación, justo al frente de la estación de tren de Renfe y a 5 minutos de la playa.

La piscinay la comida esta bien y buena abundancia me a sorprendido para bien
"Very bad, very little cleanliness in the bathrooms and facilities, many elderly people get upset about the food in the dining room, we had to change the room card twice to enter the room, we didn't have a remote control for the TV, we asked for it but they didn't bring it, the pool was a bit dirty and what they called a gym were four rusty dumbbells, the ceiling was falling down and there was a lot of damp smell, you can't call that a gym."
Bueno fatal mucha limpieza en lavabos e instalaciones muchos abuelitos se enfadan x la comida en el comedor ,habitaciones nos han tenido que cambiar dos veces la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación no teníamos mando para la tele lo hemos pedido pero no han llegado a darlo la piscina le faltaba un poco de limpieza y a lo que le llamaban gimnasio era cuatro mancuernas oxidadas el techo estaba caído y hacía mucho olor a humedad no se puede llamar a eso gimnasio

All. Dirty rooms, bad food and no variety, practically the same for lunch as for dinner. Cheap entertainment, dirty pool full of children. Old facilities. It is not a 4-star hotel.

Hola, es un hotel que tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, la piscina muy sucia, las habitaciones aceptables, algunas zonas del hotel sucias, la comida poca variedad.
En la habitación no había nevera , tras pedirla y reclamarla un par de veces al día ya que viajábamos con un niño ... nos fuimos sin tener nevera en la habitación .

I do not like to make negative comments because in general the hotel was fine, but I reported three times that the TV was not working and I was simply told three times that maintenance would be notified, but no one came.
