Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free, sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. Should you stay with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so that we can check if it is possible.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fifth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 40%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

La ubicación es excelente, a 2 minutos andando de la playa. El buffet es bastante simple pero tiene la variedad suficiente de cosas y siempre hay algo hecho al momento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias.

Hotel molt centric i al costat de la platja. Les habitacions i el bufet estan molt bé. La piscina esta molt be tambe.
It smells really bad of cleaning, products with a very strong smell. The rooms are a bit small. The buffet is very good but they could vary it more every day, most days there was almost the same.

Habitación: normal, bastante amplia, lo mejor la cama 2x2.
Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena.
Comida: buffet muy pequeño y poca variedad con unos horarios muy reducidos.
Personal: hay de todo, hay gente trabajadora y amable y con don de gentes y luego la otra mitad sin ganas de trabajar y amargados.
Ubicación: inmejorable está en primera línea de playa. Fuera del bullicio de las discotecas ya que están al otro lado.

It can't be that there are employees who don't speak the local language. I shouldn't have to go on holiday within my country and be forced to speak another language to communicate with buffet staff. The rooms took a long time to be cleaned. The cleaning staff was in the hallway at 9:30 am, and I had to wait several days until 3:30-4 pm to have the room cleaned after half a day out. Unacceptable. On the first day, I didn't receive the room until 4 pm. Then they demand that checkout be done by 10. The girl at the breakfast buffet making the meals on the spot, with bad attitudes and inappropriate comments in front of the customers.
No puede ser que haya empleados que no hablen el idioma local. No tengo porque irme de vacaciones dentro de mi país y estar obligado a hablar otro idioma para entenderme con personal del buffet.
Las habitaciones tardaban un montón en hacerlas. El personal de limpieza estaba en el pasillo a las 9:30h y he tenido que esperar varios días hasta las 15:30-16h para tener la habitación limpia despues de medio día fuera. Inaceptable.
El primer día, hasta las 4pm no recibí la habitación. Luego exigen que el chekout lo hagas a las 10.
La chica que estaba en el buffet desayuno haciendo las comidas al momento, con malas caras y comentarios nada adecuados delante de los clientes.
