General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 12 years old: The first child stays for FREE, The second child benefits from a 50% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 4 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fifth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 60%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.
Pet Policy

Siempre aprovecho estas fechas para celebrar mi cumple , compartiendo con Samba mi momento especial con mis hijos...este hotel con sus amplias habitaciones y su muy buena ubicación nos ayuda a que ese momento sea más feliz...MUY IMPORTANTE...poder traer a mi peludito de 4 patas y poder compartir con él esta fecha, doy las gracias a Samba por ello... Dining room service (terrible staff and food...) very poor dining room hours (just 1 hour to eat?????) poorly organized... Morning service at reception, staff OK... afternoon service (very lazy...) very mediocre entertainment... but it was a weekend we made the most of, and the end result, all things considered, was positive because that was our attitude...

La estancia ha estado bien ya habíamos estado en otras ocasiones pero está no ha estado muy bien,los horarios de comidas son muy justos y muy poco espacio entre abierto y cerrado,por la noche estaba hasta las 21:30 y alas 21:18 ya estaban reciginedo

Destacaria la amabilidad del personal de recepcion y camareras de pisos. Fuimos con mascota y nos dieron habitacion al final del pasillo con la finalidad de q la perrita no molestara y estuviera tranquila al no pasar huespedes por alli. En cuanto al rte muy bien. Variedad, caliente y por la noche la fondue de chocolate blanco y otra de negro con chuches gusto muchissimo a los niños y no tan niños. De hotel todo genial. Ahhh disco a las 21.00 h con musica para todos primer elder people y despues los jovenes se adueñaron de la pista. Dj super majo. Le agradezo mucho le pusiera a mi hija cancion le pidio.

Mi experiencia ha sido buena en general como otras veces. Pero con cosas que destacar ...
The bar waiter who answers badly (I always avoid him) so as not to have a bad experience and always wants the evening entertainment to end (when the hotel leaves until 23.45) because he wants it to end at 23.10h already touching the noses to finish.
Then in the restaurant there were many waiters quite rude and answered badly and did things reluctantly ... (something that had never happened there) and as I repeat I have already been to this hotel 4 times and if not more.

Luego en el restaurante habido muchos camareros bastantes bordes y contestaban mal y hacían las cosas a desgana...(cosa que ahi nunca había pasado) y como repito habré ido ya a este hotel 4 veces y sino son mas.

La comida dentro de todo relación precio calidad estuvo bien. La piscina y zona de parque limpia y ordenada…

Pero la atención del personal pésima, muy mal agestadas, no todas pero la gran mayoría de las mujeres en especial una que solía estar en puerta de entrada o en el comedor era muy borde y mal atestada…
Luego las instalaciones de las habitaciones dejaban mucho por decir… feo desprolijo… puertas mal cortadas …
En la noche había gente gritando y corriendo por los pasillos y nadie les decía nada … tampoco había monitores para los niños … la animación estuvo mala tmb… No volvería a ir a este sitio …

Ya conocía este hotel,ya había estado y la comida y el trato de personal esta bien la verdad.
La piscina cubre y eso es un punto a favor.
Y hay varias horas durante el día animación y no te aburres.
