The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

More cleanliness, very dirty rooms in poor condition and dirty curtains gave a little disgust, super dirty terraces and bathrooms throughout the hotel super dirty did not like the first day we arrived, the food was awful the second day better, they do not do activities at least we did not see them, I have not felt comfortable, the terrace was communal and you went out and had access to the other terraces, I did not feel safe, in short, I don't know if I would recommend it.
Más limpieza muy sucio habitaciones en mal estado y cortinas sucias daba un poco de grima, terrazas súper sucias y lavabos de todo el hotel súper sucios no me ha gustado el primer día que llegamos la comida fue nefasta el segundo mejor ,no hacen actividades al menos no las vimos no me he sentido agusto la terraza era comunitaria y salías y tenías acceso a las demás terrazas eso a mi no me he sentido segura en fin nose sii lo recomendaria

el hotel en general no esta mal tiene piscina infantil , comida variada ,animacion.
The room is very small, I went with my two children and my partner and they gave us two beds and there was no room for the crib, nor to move around comfortably. The pool is on the 3rd floor with no ramps, making it impossible to go with a stroller. Full of sunbeds near the pool occupied by tourists, impossible to move around easily. I wouldn't come back, not only because of the baby, who couldn't move the stroller anywhere, but also because the hotel doesn't enforce rules and everyone sits wherever they want, chaotic when dealing with children. I wouldn't give it 4 stars, not at all.
la habitacion es muy pequeña yo fui con mis dos hijos y mi pareja y nos pusieron dos camas y la cuna no habia sitio para abrir la maleta ni para loverte con tranquilidad. la piscina 3 pero subiendo escaleras no hay rampas por lo que imposibilita ir a la pequeñita con carro. todo lleno de hamacas cerca de la piscina ocupada por guiris imposible moverte con facilidad . no volveria la verdad ya no por el bebe q no podia mover el carro por ningun lado sino porque el hotel no pone normas y cada uno se sentaba donde queria una locura para pasar con los crios . no le doy 4 estrellas ni mucho menos.
