The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

Gran Hotel para disfrutar en familia, los niños la gozan, muy nuevo, grandes instalaciones, precio razonable, la comida muy buena para ser un bufete, muy buenos horarios para comer, las animaciones muy buenas así como la zona acuática y zonas de restauración de dentro del hotel, la única pega es q solo hay una entrada y si la habitación te toca lejos es un poco coñazo xo es entendible a nivel de seguridad es más fácil controlar, el personal es maravilloso y muy atento en especia un metre (David Padilla) atentisimo pero lo extrapolo a todo el personal.
Una pena es cierta clientela q tienen q se creen los amos y solo tienen derechos y ninguna obligación y además amedrentan al personal además de incomodar al resto de huéspedes y eso q tienen una gran seguridad.
En definitiva un gran sitio donde volveré sin duda alguna!!!!!!!!
