Very busy food hall for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

Iba a este hotel con un poco de miedo, después de los comentarios leídos, pero he de decir que me ha sorprendido muy gratamente, no es un hotel barato pero es impresionante. Las habitaciones están bien, lo justo para descansar un poco, pero es que con ese pedazo de hotel, no es para estar en la habitación! La comida muy rica, lo que había estaba muy bien, bien hecho y con variedad, había cosas que se repetían pero otras muchas que no. La animación y actividades geniales. Los trabajadores unos currantes que estaban todos el día con una sonrisa aunque estuvieran corriendo de un sitio para otro. Para los niños es diversión asegurada, y para los que no son tan niños, me he tirado por todo los toboganes!! El tema de que la llave sea una pulsera es un puntazo, porque no tienes que llevarte nada de nada!!! Había colas para comer, pero se disolvian rápidos puesto que hay muchas mesas. En general un 9, repetiré seguro.
What I liked least was the housekeeping service. On the day we arrived they didn’t give us the room until 5:00 pm, and only because we went to ask at reception, as we wanted to rest a while after a long journey. The next day they didn’t clean the room; they arrived at 4:00 pm but we were resting, so they couldn’t do it. I asked if they could come later but they replied that they finish at 4:30 pm and that earlier they hadn’t been able to because they have to prepare the rooms for new arrivals before 12:00h. So why didn’t they give us the room until 5:00 pm on the day we arrived? The following day they did clean the room first thing because we asked. The pillows are very thin and your neck hurts, but if you request another pillow they bring them quickly. Another negative point is the long queues for check-in; I think they need more staff or to speed the process up somehow, for example allowing online check-in.

As soon as we arrived I asked for two rooms and for one of them to be on the ground floor because I had written to them three times beforehand asking to be put in a ground-floor room as I was travelling with elderly people with reduced mobility. Instead they put both on upper floors, which meant stairs to climb; they gave me no options because the double rooms were only on the upper floors. I thought that was really unpleasant, especially as I booked over five months in advance and warned the hotel on three occasions.
It’s very expensive to spend the day there, and the price for a single night is the same.
I didn’t like that there were few consoles and they were always occupied and reserved, so it was difficult to play.
The claw machines cost €2, when they are usually €1, and on top of that it was hard to pick up toys because the claw had no strength or it released them mid-air.
Car Park inside the hotel €15 per day is excessive.
The shows were very weak for such a large resort — there were no dancers, contortionists or any more impressive acts.

Nada más llegar pedí dos habitaciones y que una de ellas fuera en planta baja ya que les había escrito previamente 3 veces que por favor me pusieran en una baja ya que iba con personas mayores de movilidad reducida.. pues me pusieron las dos en plantas alta que había que subier escaleras, no me dieron opciones ya que las dobles solo había en las plantas altas.. eso me pareció un detalle muy feo, ya que cuando reservé con más de 5 meses de antelación y avisé en 3 ocasiones al hotel.
Muy caro pasar el día, al igual que una noche suelta..
No me ha gustado que había pocas consolas y siempre estaban ocupadas y reservadas.. era complicado jugar.
Las máquinas de sacar peluches o juguetes valía 2€, cuando siempre es 1€ y encima complicado coger peluches por qué la pinza no tenía fuerza o lo cogía antes de tiempo en el aire.
El parking dentro del hotel 15€ por día, me parece una pasada.
Los espectáculos muy flojos para ser un gran resort.. no había bailarines, o contorsionistas, o algún espectáculo más impactante.
La piscina de olas cada 30 min el pase y duraba solo 10 min.
