The resort is new, so everything is in very good condition. The security was very good which gave us peace of mind with the kids. Pool area very very good
During the lunch and dinner it was very hard and would take too long to get grilled meat. The barbacue area would have very long queues with a very long waiting time.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be greatly improved and the emergency light that is on at night is quite annoying because it illuminates the entire room in green.

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones con el tamaño perfecto y muy limpias. Personal muy agradable. Sólo algunos detalles que mejorar.
1. The sun loungers are very hard and uncomfortable, you can't stand more than 10 minutes straight. 2. The Water Slides are not well fitted and they hurt. 3. The paint on the pool and surrounding areas is very slippery.
1° las tumbonas son muy duras e incómodas no aguantas mas de 10min seguidos. 2° los toboganes no están bien encajados y hacen daño. 3° la pintura de la piscina y alrededores resbala mucho.
