La zona
Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas me parece muy básico y mediocre. La habitación muy sucia con polvo de no haber limpiado bien, surcos de haber habido vasos de otros clientes. La comida insípida y muy mala calidad q la de un hospital está más sabrosa q ésta. No volvería a repetir nunca más y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

La comida y que nos cambiaran rápidamente la habitación lamentable, cutre y desagradable que nos dieron llena de bichos, que podían ser crías de cucarachas. Nos dieron otra habitación que ya si podría ser más propia de un hotel normal

El personal es muy agradable, sobre todo Alvaro (jefe de salas), el hotel y sus jardines son muy bonitos, las habitacion son muy grandes pero descuidadas para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Tiene muchos servicios, buffet, piscina, gimnasio etc. El buffet va cambiando de productos pero no hay mucha variedad, pero para nosotros ha sido suficiente para comer bien, hemos comido casi sin gente y eso se agradece.

Me a gustado todo lo que rodea al hotel ,es un oasis en el centro de Algeciras.
The buffet all very scarce, of poor quality products and not very good preparation. We were there for six days and only one day at dinner they put something more in quantity and with signs to know what it was. The doors of the room were very dirty, in general I think that some stars are not enough, because it does not look like a 4 star hotel.

Últimamente los que viajamos con BuscoUnChollo nos dan las habitaciones peores en concreto la que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad ya que estaba en la planta -1 tuvimos que dejar todo el primer dia los armarios de la habitación abiertos para que se fuera el olor además nos trajeron una máquina para quitar ese olor a humedad, luego a media noche empezó a perder agua el aire acondicionado y puso toda la entrada llena de agua , vinieron a reparar y duro 2 días volvió a perder otra vez y así 4 veces en diferentes días nos dijeron que nos cambiarían de habitación y no lo hicieron (habitación número 9)
