El personal siempre fue amable y si vas a visitar una ciudad como Bilbao, es una ciudad dormitorio de la misma y para aparcar no tienes problema
I understand that there are hotels that have to host soccer or basketball teams, but we coincided the two days with a volleyball team and a lot of noise in the rooms, did not help the rest and then when we went down to breakfast they thought they were in a sports residence. That place is a hotel and is not your residence, although it is the fault of the hotel manager and if they pay then send the money. We will not return.
Entiendo que haya hoteles que tengan que hospedar a equipos de fútbol o baloncesto, pero coincidimos los dos días con un equipo de voley y mucho ruido en las habitaciones, no ayudaron al descanso y después cuando bajamos al desayuno se creían que estaban en una residencia deportiva. Ese lugar es un hotel y no es vuestra residencia, aunque la culpa es del regente del hotel y si pagan pues manda el dinero. No volveremos.

El hotel tiene 3 estrellas y en general necesitaría una reforma, sobre todo moquetas y algunos colchones. Pero lo suplen con la amabilidad de los trabajadores y también es lo que has pagado. En mi caso reservé 2 habitaciones con desayuno incluido y entradas al museo Guggenheim. Para mí todo correcto. Estuvimos muy a gusto, nos indicaron aparcar en la zona de detrás del hotel gratis. El desayuno también está bien. No queramos algo distinto por lo que hemos pagado. Las entradas para el Guggenheim gratis fue lo que nos decantó por este hotel.

Moquetas viejas y sucias y puertas que hace falta 3 en 1. La habitación y el baño con bañera son grandes, pero necesitan un poco de reforma.
