Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Relax and unwind
- This deal includes a 1 hour access to the private spa per person and stay.
- The spa area is exclusive and overlooks the sea! It has a Jacuzzi, hammam and dry sauna.
- Spa hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, open daily.
- It is essential to wear a bathing suit, flip-flops and, although a cap is not compulsory, if you have long hair, you must wear it tied up. A towel will be provided at the reception desk :-)
- Please note to make an appointment for your session! We will provide you with the hotel's telephone number on your confirmation voucher.

Teníamos la reserva del spa a las 15h el sábado, llegamos y el gua super fría, no podíamos bañarnos. Nos hemos quejado y las chicas en la recepción muy amables, han llamado el técnico enseguida, lo arreglaron y el día siguiente nos han dado otra hora y hemos podido aprovechar a lo máximo al final! Desayuno buenísimo, había de todo, vistas bonitas, el mar super cerquita.
La cama o sea el colchón no muy cómodo.

Buena relación calidad-precio. El servicio muy amable y expeditivo.
Housekeeping came into the room directly, without knocking, at 9 am. We had the "do not disturb" sign hung up, and they woke us up. The room was a bit dirty (had to be vacuumed), and smelled a lot of cleaning products when we entered (but we aired it out and the smell went away). We also had to ask for a blanket at the front desk, because there were none in the closets and only sheets (late December).
El servicio de limpieza entró a la habitación directamente, sin llamar a la puerta, a las 9 de la mañana. Teníamos colgado el signo de "no molestar", y nos despertaron. La habitación estaba un poco sucia (se tenía que pasar la aspiradora), y olía mucho a productos de limpieza cuando entramos (pero la ventilamos y el olor se fue). También tuvimos que pedir una manta en recepción, porque no había ninguna en los armarios y sólamente había sábanas (finales de diciembre).

-De primeras ya me parece mal que te hagan pagar la tasa turista cuando eres de aquí y que no te avisen cuando haces la reserva (que es poco 1€ y pico) pero es el feo detalle. Después la chica no se enteraba mucho y le había dado nuestra habitación y nuestra hora de reserva del spa a otra pareja. La habitación que nos dieron, estaba separada por una puerta de la habitación de al lado des de dentro, con lo cuál se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban , al bebé llorando, todo ,tanto que tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación para poder descansar bien ya que pagas para ello. Y ya por último el Spa muy cutre solo un jacuzzi y 2 saunas ,la terraza muy descuidado y sucio y los vestuarios del spa muy pésimos también. Para nada satisfactoria la experiencia,esperábamos más.
