Ubicación perfecta
Habitación con mucho ruido y mucho olor a desagüe, lo dijimos y nos dijeron que era normal ñ. No volveremos.

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel, se encuentra en mismo centro de Benidorm, pero también es un verdadero problema ya que para llegar es imposible porque todas las calles son peatonales por lo que hay que dejar el coche bastante apartado todo con zonas azules de pago.
El alojamiento esta todo correcto en relación calidad precio.

El personal fue amable.
La habitación daba a un patio exterior. Intenté cambiarla, pero me dijeron que no podían.
Tan solo había un enchufe en la habitación y se encontraba en mitad de la cama.
En el baño había una pequeña ventana hacia los desagües. Cada vez que los del piso superior tiraban de la cadena, había un horrible olor en el baño.
Poca iluminación.
No hay secador de pelo. Conlleva un suplemento.

Hotel en pleno centro. La habitación es pequeña pero funcional.
La que me tocó daba a un patio interior cosa que agradezco ya que las de balcón dan directamente a una calle que es muy concurrida y ruidosa.
Si vas en plan playa no es buena opción este tipo de habitación ya que no puedes ni colgar las toallas de playa ni bañadores.
Las camas eran muy cómodas.
Entra muchísima luz por las cortinas.
Cuando entras a la habitación huele a humedad.
El baño se inhunda cada vez que te duchas, el plato ducha como que no está bien sellado y es horrible, tienes que poner todas las toallas en el suelo para no hacer un chiquero.
No hay nada para guardar cosas en el baño, una pequeña repisa arriba del lavado, casi ni se puede apoyar el secador.
Solo ponen 3 toallas cuando es una habitación para 2 personas cuando lo normal en cualquier hotel es poner 2 por persona, una grande y una pequeña.
La insonorizacion pues como cualquier hotel de 3 estrellas no es nada buena. Si te tocan vecinos de habitaciones irrespetuosos pues olvídate de dormir bien (fue mi caso).
Por todo cobran suplemento, si quieres habitación con balcón 20€ la noche o 100€ semana, cambio diario de sábanas 5€, caja fuerte 2€ por día.
No hay secador, si quieres 1 pagas una fianza de 20€ y te lo dejan.
La tv no se puede conectar nada, queríamos poner el firestick y nanai.
Solo había un enchufe en el medio de las 2 camas por lo que si quieres cagar el móvil en la mesilla olvídate.

Hotel en pleno centro. La habitación pequeña pero suficiente. Los colchones super cómodos. El personal amable.
Si vas en plan playa al no tener todas las habitaciones balcón se queda un poco corto ya que la venta da a un patio que no hay opción de tender nada.
Si tuviera balcón no sé si estarían bien insonorizadas puesto que Dan a una calle bastante concurrida a todas horas.
We could not connect hdmi on the TV as they do not have it.
The bathroom smells musty.
Parking issue you have to go far away.
It reminds me a bit of a certain airline company that charges you for everything (if you want a room with balcony 20€ per night or 100€ per week, if you want the sheets changed daily 5€ extra per day, safe 2€ per day).
No pudimos conectar hdmi en la tele ya que no disponen.
El baño huele a humedad.
Tema de aparcamiento te tienes que ir lejos.
Me recuerda un poco a una cierta compañía aérea que por todo te cobra (si quieres habitación vcon balcón 20€ la noche o 100€ semana, si quieres que te cambien las sábanas diariamente 5€ extra por día, caja fuerte 2 € por día)

Poco, la verdad, la ubicación es buena para ir andando por el centro pero imposible acercar el coche no aparcar

De unos 7 trabajadores que vimos, 6 tenían gesto desagradable, el buffet, si se puede llamar asi de vergüenza, el armario de la habitación sin puertas, sin champú en el baño, la ventana da para un patio interior terrorífico con un constante ruido se maquina, de los peores hoteles que he estado en mi vida, te cobran extras hasta por respirar, por cambiar las sábanas!!!
