Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- For stays of 7 days or more, the additional cost is €75/animal
- The accommodation only accepts one pet per room
- They do not allow range 1 or 2 dogs
- You must present the animal's health passport. Make sure you take your documentation with you!
- Please note that dogs must always be leashed and are not allowed in the pool and restaurant areas.

El ambiente y las actividades recreativas del hotel. Las zonas comunes como recepción, comedore impecables y nuevos.
Paredes manchadas de la habitación, muebles algo machacados. Pocos ascensores y demasiado pequeños para toda la gente que había en el hotel. Demasiado alejado de la playa, todo cuesta arriba aúnque había servicio de microbus del hotel para subir y bajar a la playa.

Es un hotel al que debería acudir más gente. Algunos comentarios de la distancia a la playa y la comida no le hacen justicia. Está a unos 6 o 7 minutos de la playa caminando, es todo cuesta abajo, cuando ya te conoces el camino incluso te lo haces en menos tiempo. Lo que cuesta más es subir la cuesta hacia el hotel, pero para eso tienes un minibus del hotel cada 10 o 15 min., es perfecto! La comida es bastante casera y muy rica, a las personas que están acostumbrados a comer solo cosas congeladas pues seguro no les gustará. He visto como las chefs salen al comedor a verificar y supongo que también planificar que se puede hacer con lo que quede, eso me encanta porque así no se desperdicia comida, está muy bien aprovechada y lo mejor de todo es que no hay que hacer grandes colas en el comedor, como en otros hoteles, los postres una de las cosas mas ricas, se esmeran mucho. Sin duda el día que vuelva a Benidorm, procuraré conseguir reserva en este hotel.
The only downside is having to pay for water, since even though you have Full Board booked, it is not included. Drinks are not included, but the trick I used to make it last longer is to put ice cubes (which are free) in the glass before serving myself water, so that with just one liter we could have lunch or dinner, there were 3 of us and one liter was enough.
La única pega es tener que pagar el agua, ya que aunque se tenga pensión completa contratada es algo que no está incluido. Las bebidas no están incluidas, pero el truco que yo hacía para que me cundiese más es poner cubos de hielo (que eso sí es gratis) en el vaso antes de servirme el agua para que con un solo litro pudiese comer o cenar, éramos 3 personas y con un litro bastaba.

Las piscinas del Hotel, tanto la interior como la exterior muy bien. La comida del buffet muy buena.
The rooms are very nice but there was no drawer, only shelves and the same in the bathroom. No drawer.
