Super nice and clean rooms, nice staff
Kids everywhere, super loud. If you don't have any, This place is not for you. During lunch and dinner they ran out of food in the first hour or so.

El personal del food truck, la habitación que estaba reformada y era amplia. Los toboganes estaban muy bien, aunque recomiendo escarpines para los niños.
La ducha se salía el agua y no vino nadie arreglarlo en 8 días, estábamos con toallas. En la terraza no teníamos ninguna silla ni mesa, lo pedimos y nadie lo trajo, subimos dos mesas de la piscina para poder secar la ropa. Le faltan todavía bastantes detalles y la animación también hay que mejorarla.

La comida ha sido fantástica, la atención del personal de bar y comidas sobre todo, excelente, te hacen estar como en casa.
Las instalaciones podrían tener algo más de deportes aparte de la mesa de ping pong.
Las piscinas toboganes super chulas, aún con frío han disfrutado bañándose.

Habitación muy grande,el personal, en general, muy amable. La comida buena y variada,aunque es cierto que muy normal. Volvería al mismo hotel.
El hotel está un poco alejado de la playa y de la zona de tiendas y bares por lo que es aconsejable bajar en coche ya que la vuelta hay que subir algo de pendiente.

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido buena. El buffet tiene gran variedad de comidas cada día, por poner una pega la carne siempre estaba dura y seca, menos la que te hace a tu gusto el cocinero. La habitación es pequeña pero acogedora, no le falta de nada y es moderna.
Es un hotel para familias con niños. Las piscinas llenas de niños desde muy temprano hasta que se iba el sol, por lo que hay ruido todo el día. El bar de la piscina tiene un servicio muy lento puesto que solo es una persona la que lo hace todo, siempre había cola y se tardaba mucho en pedir.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel.
L@s trabajador@s de la entrada, las del bar, los del restaurante y el equipo de animación... todos geniales! Fueron super amables y lo pasamos muy bien. Es cierto que es un hotel más orientado a familias con niños, pero igualmente lo pasamos bien. Tienes toboganes, la piscina, las actividades durante el día y a la noche, el bar etc.
Por parte de la comida y bebida todo bien también. Fuimos dos amigos, uno intolerante al gluten y en el comedor le preparaban un desayuno para él, siempre tenía comida sin gluten disponible o incluso podía pedir pizza, pasta etc específica para él.
Los cocteles los hacían mezclando a mano y no un jugo sacado de máquina como en otros hoteles, en el comedor había vino tinto, blanco etc rioja, la comida no estaba mal.

Todo es nuevo. La apertura de puerta en la pulsera es muy cómodo.
El parque acuatico no funciona y está en obras. Algunos trabajadores son nuevos y no tienen ninguna formación y otros trabajadores no parece ser su profesión ideal porque están continuamente de mal humor y eso mientras estas comiendo es desagradable. La tv de la habitación está continuamente contándose todos los canales. En el baño no hay nada para poder colgar las toallas. Mobiliario con cables cortados a ras que no se sabe si te vas a electrocutar si tocas.
