El personal en general es de 10,la que destacar es Maria carmen la cordobesa de salon que es un encanto,te ayuda,habla contigo,te hace estar agusto y todo cercano.
La animación,se que fue octoberfest pero los 4 personas (2 chicos y 2 chicas) que hacían tenían una cara de pocas ganas,sus ánimos no eran para alegrar ni invitar a la gente que participe. Decepcionada por la animación.

Lo bueno del lugar, son las instalaciones exteriores, como las piscinas y los servicios alrededor de ellas. Tanto el desayuno como la cena eran bastante variados y se podía encontrar más o menos bien dependiendo de la dieta que hicieras. El personal de ambos servicios fueron bastante amables y serviciales y no dudaban en ayudarte si se planteaba cualquier tipo de duda o problema.
Mi gran problema fueron las instalaciones de la habitación. Se notaba todo muy viejo y con poco mantenimiento; lo que hacía parecer que no era un hotel 4*. La comida a la hora del buffet parecía escasa dependiendo de la hora a la que llegara.

Personal comedor muy atento y masaje relajante en spa chica muy atenta y playa muy bonita.
El Hotel es muy grande y tuvimos que ir al spa averiguando por donde mal indicado, la mitad del hotel o más cerrado, el spa piscina fondo juntas negras, queríamos hacer masaje a la vez y solo había una chica por lo que fue imposible aunque el masaje relajante estuvo genial, los comedores a tope con poca variedad en buffet, parking de pago y a dos manzanas .. vaya que por eso era barato!!

El lugar esta bien, no hemos podido disfrutar de todos los servicios que ofrecen porque la mayoria estaban cerrados. Sera por la fecha.
La comida esta muy bien, desayuno, almuerzo y cena todo ok. Reponen constantemente, la gente del restaurante super atenta. El desfile de carnaval estuvo divertido.
No hay problema con el horario de ingreso y salida al hotel, son muy flexibles. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas en un cuarto en recepcion para que podamos volver luego al almuerzo. Muy bien ese servicio.
El espacio de juego de pequeños estaba cerrado.
El spa estaba cerrado.
El parking se paga 15€ mas seguro de 5€ que luego lo devolvieron.
Las habitaciones no son de un hotel 4 estrellas pero para una noche estuvo bien.
No nos dejaron champu, acondicionador, jabon en el lavabo, dijeron que recien abrieron el dia anterior y no contaban con insumos.

En mi opinión tendrían que valorar el trabajar con este hotel.. ya que ha sido una decepción . Se anunció en vuestra página como Halloween total para familias y de Halloween tenía poco y de total menos... La noche del 31 los alojados vestidos para la ocasión y no hubo ninguna actividad ni tan solo música. estuvimos paseando de lado a lado del hotel sin hacer nada.Aparte la mala organización en el checking en hora punta de llegada , la suciedad de los platos en el restaurante con restos de comida que tenías que ir buscando el plato limpio para poder comer. El mal mantenimiento en habitaciones.pesima la poca actividad para niños con musica que escuchan sus abuelos. En honor y recuerdo a la noche de Halloween os puedo a asegurar que lo más terrorífico a sido el colchón de muelles con ruido incluido y el dolor de cuerpo que nos hemos llevado a casa y la suciedad de los platos del restaurante. Hemos ido una familia entera con niños y abuelos tenemos la confianza que trabajaran con hoteles mejores.
