Superb 9.4 Familia de 5 Travelled with family August 2026 We really liked the value for money. The PC is worth it, although they could offer some drink packages or at least sell large bottles of water for big families like ours — the drink prices were excessive. We had an ant problem; we called and maintenance came to fix it — a shame we hadn't mentioned it earlier. Comfortable beds, low pillows (we asked for another one and they brought it). The room is great for families; it would be good if they accepted three small children per apartment. We were able to stay because other relatives came with us, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy this deal and this wonderful hotel. Special mention to Álvaro from the kitchen — he took care of my multi-allergic child’s meals with an empathy and kindness we’ve never experienced in a hotel. Free table tennis to play, several pools, children’s playground area, entertainers, evening shows, direct access to the beach via a wooden walkway — you get there in five minutes... I hope we can come back; we had a great time and my children enjoyed it a lot.
Nos ha gustado mucho la relación calidad precio. La PC merece la pena aunque ofrecería algún pack de bebidas o al menos vender botellas de agua grandes para familias numerosas como la nuestra los precios de las bebidas eran excesivos. Tuvimos un problema de hormigas llamamos y los de mantenimiento vinieron a solucionarlo, pena no haberlo dicho antes. Camas cómodas, almohadas bajas ( pedimos otra y nos la llevaron) la habitación está genial ora familias, estaría bien que aceptarán 3 niños pequeños por apartamentos. Nosotros pudimos ir, porque vinieron otros familiares con nosotros, sino no habríamos disfrutado de esta oferta y este maravilloso hotel. Mención especial a Álvaro de Cocina, se encargo de las comidas de mi hijo multialergico con una empatia y amabilidad que nunca hemos recibido en un hotel. Mesa pin pong gratis para jugar, varias piscinas, zona parque infantil, animadores, espectáculos por la noche, acceso directo a la playa por paseo de madera en 5 minutos llegas... Ojalá podamos repetir, hemos estado muy bien y mis hijos has disfrutado mucho.
I would improve the maintenance of the rooms: the balconies were rusted from years of neglect and the bathroom fittings were loose. Superb 9.4 Ruth Travelled with family August 2026 Excellent location: just a 2-minute walk along a wooden boardwalk through vegetation and dunes and you’re on La Barrosa beach. Spacious, comfortable apartments with a small terrace. Very well kept communal areas: gardens, pools... The cleaning ladies were very friendly and although I had to stay in the room, they would let me know so they could clean the room even if it took a while. Las chicas de la limpieza eran amabilisimas y aunque me tenia que quedar en la habitación me avisaban para poder limpiar la habitación aunque se hiciera tarde. El personal de mantenimiento y cuidado de los jardines un 10. Muy cuuidadas las intalaciones y las camas comodisimas. La playa en la que esta hubicada muy buena pero en los alrededores salvo con coche no habia muchas cosas para hacer. La comida, hubo dias que era todo buenisimo y no sabias que elegir y otros que comias ensalada y algo de plancha porque no habia tanta cosa. Un 10 también, al personal de plancha que iva haciendo poco a poco y no dejaba que la carne o pescado se enfriase.

It wasn’t all the staff, but it happened to us twice. At other times they did ask us when they would remove items, but that detail did not please us. When the hotel was full for the long weekend, then there were no complaints because we were not among the last, far from it.
El servicio de animacion en los primeros dias fue pobre y no ofrecian animación infantil. Eramos de los unicos que estabamos con niños. No entiendo que haya actividades solo para mayores de 13 años. Lo normal es que intentes que participe todo el mundo y si no hay gente que intentes adptar la actividad a los que tengas. Si en una ocasion si que dejaron que los niños participaran pero las veces que ivan ellos solos les decian que no se podia. Tampoco ofrecen servicio de picnic. El personal de restaurante, a veces no resultaron muy educados. Nosotros llegabamos antes de las 15.30 que era el horario de comida y para esa hora teniamos los platos en la mesa de lo que ivamos a comer. Pues en dos ocasiones, apagaron las luces y encendieron porque eran las 16.00 y no habiamos salido y después, un comentario de por fin se han marchado. Tampoco era todo el personal pero si nos paso dos veces. Otras veces si nos preguntaban cuando ivan a retirar las cosas pero si que ese detalle no nos gusto. Cuando se lleno el hotel por el puente, entonces si que no habia pegas porque no eramos de los ultimos ni mucho menos.

Superb 9.4 Familia de 5 Travelled with family August 2026 We really liked the value for money. The PC is worth it, although they could offer some drink packages or at least sell large bottles of water for big families like ours — the drink prices were excessive. We had an ant problem; we called and maintenance came to fix it — a shame we hadn't mentioned it earlier. Comfortable beds, low pillows (we asked for another one and they brought it). The room is great for families; it would be good if they accepted three small children per apartment. We were able to stay because other relatives came with us, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy this deal and this wonderful hotel. Special mention to Álvaro from the kitchen — he took care of my multi-allergic child’s meals with an empathy and kindness we’ve never experienced in a hotel. Free table tennis to play, several pools, children’s playground area, entertainers, evening shows, direct access to the beach via a wooden walkway — you get there in five minutes... I hope we can come back; we had a great time and my children enjoyed it a lot.

La PC merece la pena aunque ofrecería algún pack de bebidas o al menos vender botellas de agua grandes para familias numerosas como la nuestra los precios de las bebidas eran excesivos. Tuvimos un problema de hormigas llamamos y los de mantenimiento vinieron a solucionarlo, pena no haberlo dicho antes. Camas cómodas, almohadas bajas ( pedimos otra y nos la llevaron) la habitación está genial ora familias, estaría bien que aceptarán 3 niños pequeños por apartamentos. Nosotros pudimos ir, porque vinieron otros familiares con nosotros, sino no habríamos disfrutado de esta oferta y este maravilloso hotel. Mención especial a Álvaro de Cocina, se encargo de las comidas de mi hijo multialergico con una empatia y amabilidad que nunca hemos recibido en un hotel. Mesa pin pong gratis para jugar, varias piscinas, zona parque infantil, animadores, espectáculos por la noche, acceso directo a la playa por paseo de madera en 5 minutos llegas... Ojalá podamos repetir, hemos estado muy bien y mis hijos has disfrutado mucho.

La playa en la que esta hubicada muy buena pero en los alrededores salvo con coche no habia muchas cosas para hacer. La comida, hubo dias que era todo buenisimo y no sabias que elegir y otros que comias ensalada y algo de plancha porque no habia tanta cosa. Un 10 también, al personal de plancha que iva haciendo poco a poco y no dejaba que la carne o pescado se enfriase.

Lo normal es que intentes que participe todo el mundo y si no hay gente que intentes adptar la actividad a los que tengas. Si en una ocasion si que dejaron que los niños participaran pero las veces que ivan ellos solos les decian que no se podia. Tampoco ofrecen servicio de picnic. El personal de restaurante, a veces no resultaron muy educados. Nosotros llegabamos antes de las 15.30 que era el horario de comida y para esa hora teniamos los platos en la mesa de lo que ivamos a comer. Pues en dos ocasiones, apagaron las luces y encendieron porque eran las 16.00 y no habiamos salido y después, un comentario de por fin se han marchado. Tampoco era todo el personal pero si nos paso dos veces. Otras veces si nos preguntaban cuando ivan a retirar las cosas pero si que ese detalle no nos gusto. Cuando se lleno el hotel por el puente, entonces si que no habia pegas porque no eramos de los ultimos ni mucho menos.
