Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel, nos ha impresionado gratamente, empezando por el buffet, teníamos media pensión (desayuno y cena), muy buena la comida y mucha variedad, como pegas pondría que hubo que hacer cola en la cena y esperar unos 15 minutos porque estaba lleno y no había suficientes mesas cuando en la terraza había muchas libres pero no estaba habilitado y también que podrían haber repuesto ciertas cosas que se habían acabado.
La limpieza altamente aceptable, no hemos encontrado nada negativo a resaltar.
Las habitaciones tal cual en la descripción, cómodas y con todo lo necesario.
Las instalaciones muy bien y la animación también. En general le damos muy buena nota y repetiríamos.
The location. The beach is a five-minute walk away but it's not suitable for swimming. Although we were told that swimming is allowed, it's not recommended at all, it's full of mud and jellyfish, I had never seen so many jellyfish together. It's a beach only to visit and take a walk. We went to Cabo de Palos, about 20 minutes by car, good beach.

La playa andando está a cinco minutos pero no es para bañarse, aunque nos dijeron que está permitido el baño no es nada recomendable, está lleno de fango y medusas, nunca había visto tantas medusas juntas. Es una playa solo para visitar y dar un paseo. Nosotros fuimos a Cabo de palos a unos 20 min en coche aprox, buena playa.

Piscinas limpias. Comida muy buena, fresca. Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado y balcón. Club para niños está muy bien.
The location... is far from everything, you have to take car holidays of at least 20 minutes to go visit things. But the hotel makes up for it if you go all-inclusive and stay inside all day. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved... the shower is open and the water comes out.
