The only downside I sadly have to mention is that our arrival was delayed a bit due to a personal issue, but it wasn’t even 11:00 pm, which is supposedly when the hotel’s dinner service ends. I explained to the lady at reception what had happened, and she told us there was still time to grab something quick, like a sandwich or pizza. She also said that if I’d called ahead, they could have set aside something from dinner for us (clearly that was my mistake). Anyway, we went to eat whatever they could offer us, we really didn’t mind what it was. We ordered some sandwiches, which were awful—the bread was hot on the outside, but the filling was still frozen.
I asked if they could prepare something for my daughter, who’s vegetarian (even just a simple cheese sandwich), and they said no.
On top of that, we had to pay €35 for 3 sandwiches with poor service and the drinks.
Honestly, the attitude of the staff at that moment wasn’t right in my opinion.
La única pega que con mucha pena tengo que comentar es que nuestra llegada se demoró un poco por un problema personal, pero no eran las 23.00 de la noche que es cuando se supone que termina el horario de las cenas del hotel. Le expliqué a la chica de recepción lo que nos ocurrió y ella misma nos comentó que aún nos daba tiempo de comer algo rápido tipo bocadillo o pizza, que si lo hubiera avisado con antelación, nos hubieran reservado algo de la cena (evidentemente eso fue error mío ) la cuestión es que fuimos a picar lo que nos ofrecieran nos daba igual el que , nos pedimos unos bocadillos que fueron pésimos, el pan muy calentito por fuera pero lo de dentro estaba congelado.
Les comenté si podían hacer algo para mi hija que es vegetariana ( un simple bocadillo de queso ) y me dijeron que no.
Encima tuvimos que pagar 35€ por 3 bocadillos mal servicio y la bebida
La verdad que las maneras del personal en ese momento para mí no fueron correctas.

El Hotel es magnifico en todos sus sentidos. Situado frente al paseo marítimo y a un paso de la playa, también contaba con "piscina Infinita" en su última planta.
Sus instalaciones estaban muy nuevas y cuidadas, y el personal ha sido muy atentos en todas las áreas. Cuenta con un Gimnasio donde puedes ir a hacer algo de deporte.
El buffet del desayuno y la cena era completísimo, no faltaba de nada, muy variada incluso te hacían comida directamente si lo deseabas. Sin dudarlo, cualquier persona saldría encantada de allí.
Todo un detalle al llegar a la habitación y tener bebidas en el minibar a tu disposición sin cargo alguno. Al hacer el check out, nos ofrecieron unos botellines de agua para el viaje. Todo un detallazo.
Lo que te encuentras cuando llegas, es realmente lo que ves en las imágenes de promoción del hotel. Lo que te han vendido es lo que te encuentras, lo cual es reconfortante.
Ya hemos visto otros establecimientos de la cadena para poder ir, aunque a este de Almuñecar volveremos para desconectar y recargar "las pilas".
