Las habitaciones aunke no son muy grandes, están bien, se agradece q disponga de balcón y corresponde totalmente a las fotos!! Por la noche hay un vigilante q controla el descanso de los huéspedes.
El servicio de limpieza estaba un poco saturado y tuvimos q pedir q teousieran el gel y el papel higiénico pero por lo demás correcto!
Lo q si q es una pasada es el buffet del desayuno, súper completo y hay un cocinero haciendo huevos y tortitas al momento!!!
Cabe destacar el personal del bar de la piscina en especial Shasha y Elsa, simpatiquisimos y súper atentos!!!
Perhaps the cleaning service, which is generally alright, could pay more attention to the details!!!

The stay would have been perfect if there was a fridge, since there is no food service, one could have food in the fridge.

El bufett la comida estaba buenísima y los camareros atentos, sí que es verdad que se aprovechan de la bebida ya que no la incluyen en el precio y por un agua te sacan 2.5€

La habitación es bonita y está bien ubicado para coger el coche y ir a diferentes sitios.
The dinner schedule is very tight if you want to make plans in the afternoon since you don't have time, you have to eat quickly. The shower in the room is very small and the water spills out.
El horario de la cena va muy mal si quieres hacer planes por la tarde ya que no te da tiempo, tienes q comer corriendo. La ducha de la habitación muy pequeña y se sale todo el agua.

Muy bien las piscinas que tiene, aunque faltaba un poco de sombra para las temperaturas que teniamos.
La comida muy bien, aunque creo que le falta el servicio de pension completa.
La limpieza muy bien tambien, aunque al personal le faltaba picar a la puerta, cosa que entraba sin avisar, y no una vez si no dos, dando paso a que te mosquearas.
El hotel muy bien comunicado con el transporte de bus.
La playa y cala mas cercanas estan muy bien en todos los sentidos.
To be a resting place, the gardener would turn on the leaf blower at 7 in the morning, which is not very logical, disturbing all the customers. A hotel without any distractions or entertainment even though there is space for it.
I did not like the location of the hotel, Sa Arenal is a very degraded neighborhood, without necessary services such as restaurants or bars to have lunch since there is no Full Board at the hotel.
Para ser un sitio de descanso el jardinero ponia el soplador de hojas a las 7 de la mañana, cosa que no es muy logica, molestando a todos los clientes. Un hotel sin ningun tipo de distraccion ni animacion teniendo sitio para ello.
No me ha gustado la localizacion del hotel, Sa Arenal es un barrio muy degradado, sin servicios necesarios como restaurantes o bares para comer al medio dia por no haber pension completa en el hotel.
