El personal es atento y educado. La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca del centro y de la playa.
Es un hotel digno de 3 * para nada un 4*. Habitaciones muy sencillas, comida normal, actividades lúdicas o de entretenimiento para las fechas en que estuvimos, nulas, ni para niños ni para adultos. El Spa poco o nada tiene de ello es más una piscina interior con el agua súper fría para estar en invierno a pesar de que el personal asegura que está a 27°. La comida muy poco variada.
