Un 10 por la gestión ya que las habitaciones de las imágenes no se correspondían con las que tenia buscó un chollo y entendiendo la situación y sin ser culpables el hotel cedieron a darnos la de la imagen, además de un trato de 10, una comida muy variada y bien elaborada y al lado de la mejor cala de Salou.

The room was somewhat small, we were 2 adults, a child, and a baby and the crib didn't fit. They changed us without a problem even though it wasn't much bigger. The air conditioning didn't work half of the days, it was 29 degrees in the dining room, and it was days of a heatwave. The furniture in the room was somewhat deteriorated.

The hotel full of groups of children (soccer teams), a nightmare to eat/dine with so many children, the pool full with all the sunbeds taken, jumping and swimming at all hours! A little more order imposed by the staff would make the stay a bit more pleasant. The hotel lacks air conditioning in all main areas (including the dining room), awful.
