Lo bueno Los helados de limón de la menorquina. Y algunos trabajadores de allí, muy amables
Primero nos dan una habitación que nada que ver con las imágenes, entrabas tenías lavabo al otro lado una puerta con la taza y otra puerta con la ducha ( la cual abres y estaba llena de pelos!) nos cambiaron a otra habitación que daba a la piscina. No funcionaba el A/C(el cual varios trabajadores nos informaron que llevaban un año sin arreglar los aires), las camas se movían que parecía que estabas en una cama de agua. Retiraba las cortinas había protector solar,monedas y suciedad. Chicle pegado en el cabecero. Desde que entramos a que salimos un papel en la ducha que las de la limpieza de todas las veces que entraron no lo retiraron, y si se te caía una gota de jabón en el lavabo y lo dejabas las de la limpieza pasaban el trapo y se quedaba el rastro del jabón . Esa es la magnífica limpieza que hacian! De vergüenza.
Comida pésima. Si había variedad pero todos todos los alimentos llevan cantidades de ajo y cebolla . Las personas que somos intolerantes te vas el 90% de días sin comer. Cuando reservé aquí llamé para preguntar y me dijeron que no habla problemas. Pues sí les hay! Una vergüenza . Mi toda pensión bien pagada está, que como bien digo apenas comimos. Ponian paella valenciana y llevaba trozos de cebolla! Que aberracion! Y el chocolate del desayuno del domingo... Eso no sabía a chocolate. Los caldos/purés, saben mejor los de un hospital. La verdura super dura y solo sabia a agua. Postres todos los dias profiteroles, puding, y poco más.
Y el botiquín de primeros auxilios de pena, ni gasas tenían, preguntando en recepción ante una herida que me hice y no tenían.
Y tema PRL.. deberian revisar. Se fue la luz un día ante la tormenta salí de la habitación al pasillo y ninguna señal donde indican la salida. Esto denunciable.
Este hotel es mas de 2 estrellas que de 3. Pésimas condiciones. Que por cierto comer en el restaurante era un sufrimiento sin aire.y por las noches en la habitación te levantas mareado del bochorno que hace en ellas sin A/C.
Hotel que como bien dice el refrán " Aunque la mona se vista de seda mona se queda"
Este hotel lo mismo por 4 fundas de un poco color se queda asi en esas fundas.
0 cuidado, 0 mantenimiento, 0 alimentación. 0 todo.

Calidad precio muy buena,la ubicación ha sido fantástica a dos pasos de la playa de los capellanes,hay que bajar y subir escaleras pero está muy cerca y cerca del centro de Salou.La habitación estaba renovada,el hotel es muy normalito pero con todos los servicios.Los trabajadores atentos y simpáticos,en especial la chica que hacía habitaciones que fue encantadora con nosotros.

Puedes disfrutar tanto de la piscina del 4R II y atracciones ves de esa puedes entrar al 4R I y disfrutar de sus instalaciones
Buen punto en relación de que alrededor hay de todo tiendas bares super mucho ambiente
En cuanto a la cala, esta muy cerca pero hay que bajar unas 50-60 escaleras, el problema no es la bajada sino la subida oara irte alrededor hotel es matador........pero bueno a 10 minutos andando esta la playa principal de salou
Las habitaciones muy bien con todo al detalle todos los dias limpian las habitaciones
