What is Caldea Premium?
- Caldea Premium is Caldea's Adults Only area for people over 16 years old.
- Located at the top of the spa centre, it has thermal waters with indoor and outdoor lagoon, the space with cabins for treatments, the body activation space or gym, and much more!
What does your ticket include?
Booking this deal you will enjoy a 4-hour ticket per person and booking at Caldea Premium.
Below we tell you everything that is included, read on!
- Access to Caldea Premium
- Access to Caldea Classic and Plus (former Origins space).
- Loan of bathing equipment (bathrobe, towel and slippers).
- Access to the gymnasium of the spa centre (it is necessary to bring sports equipment).
- Access to workshops held during the day.
How can you redeem your ticket?

The access to Caldea Premium will take place the day after the entrance to the hotel and you will only have to present the confirmation voucher of your booking to access, great!

The entrance will be exclusively during the first 4 hours that the center is open, that is, from 09:00h to 13:00h.
- Please note that, from Monday to Friday from September 2nd to November 29th, the center opens at 10:00h, so you will have access from 10:00h to 14:00h.
- This way you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the early hours and, please, be punctual!

The entrance is only allowed from 16 years old. In case of traveling with children under 16 years old, they will not be able to use the entrance and no refund will be made.
