How can you redeem your ticket?

The access to Caldea Premium will take place the day after the entrance to the hotel and you will only have to present the confirmation voucher of your booking to access, great!

The entrance will be exclusively during the first 4 hours that the center is open, that is, from 09:00h to 13:00h.
- Please note that, from Monday to Friday from September 2nd to November 29th, the center opens at 10:00h, so you will have access from 10:00h to 14:00h.
- This way you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the early hours and, please, be punctual!

The entrance is only allowed from 16 years old. In case of traveling with children under 16 years old, they will not be able to use the entrance and no refund will be made.

Me ha encantado la experiencia de Caldea, nos lo pasamos muy bien
My complaints are directed towards the hotel: the chek-in at 2 pm was not at all to our liking. Having to arrive at the hotel at lunchtime, as it were, was not good.
They didn't turn on the heating until the day we left. I like to sleep hugging my husband, but being two beds together and with the sheets the size of each "single" bed, it was difficult. When we uncovered it was cold in the room. Being "lightly dressed" was a "risky sport", at risk of catching a cold.
As for the breakfast service: the tables were only set with tablecloths, the crockery, napkins and cutlery we had to provide ourselves. Very little variety in pastries, cold meats and others. In addition, in the dining room you could only hear the kitchen staff and waitresses talking in a high pitched tone. The ambient music, which every person who has just woken up feels like listening to, was conspicuous by its absence.
Calling this hotel 3 STARS sounds like a joke.
However, the location was EXCELLENT.
Mis quejas se dirigen hacia el hotel: el chek-in a las 14 h no nos gustó nada. Eso de tener que llegar al hotel como quien dice a la hora de comer, como que no.
No pusieron la calefacción en marcha hasta el día que nos fuimos. A mi me gusta dormir abrazada a mi marido, pero al ser dos camas juntas y con las sabanas del tamaño de cada cama "individual" se hacía dificil. Cuando nos destapábamos hacía frío en la habitación. Estar "ligeros de ropa" era un "deporte de riesgo", de riesgo a coger un resfriado.
En cuanto al servicio de desayuno: las mesas solo tenían puesto el mantel, la vajilla, servilletas y cubiertos nos lo teníamos que poner nosotros. Muy poca variedad en bollería, embutidos y demás. A parte de que en el comedor sólo se escuchaba hablar en un tono elevado al servicio de cocina y camareras. La música ambiental, que a toda persona que se acaba de levantar le apetece, brillaba por su ausencia.
Llamarle a este hotel 3 ESTRELLAS como que suena a inocentada.
Eso sí, la ubicación EXCELENTE.

Es la cuarta vez que repetimos. La ubicación del hotel está algo alejado de la zona de compras, pero es una zona tranquila y cerca de Caldea. El parking solo lo cogí la primera vez y no he repetido por estrecho y con curva. En la zona es difícil aparcar como en toda Andorra. Las habitaciones super cómodas hay hoteles de 4 estrellas que no tienen esas habitaciones
