Los horarios de comidas y cenas muy pronto aunque es normal porque había mucho turista extranjero y el aparcamiento del hotel un poco caro ya que se encontraba alejado del hotel aunque al estar 5 días nos lo dejaron por 15 € diarios no había otra opción porque era imposible aparcar

No me ha gustado nada. Principalmente llamé y pregunté si era un hotel para fumadores o no. Me dijeron que se puede fumar en los balcones y hay una zona reservada para fumadores en la entrada del hotel. Llegó y me dicen que si fumamos nos pueden hacer pagar 250€ + denuncia. El chico de la entrada principalmente nos habló fatal como si fuéramos 2 jóvenes que la lían y vienen a hacer fiesta. Posteriormente, un parking aparte que te hacen pagar 15€ el día, es decir, una vergüenza. La comida era PESIMA, MALA, MUY MAL COCINADA Y POCA VARIEDAD. No había estado en un hotel tan cutre y mal gestionado. La bebida NO ESTA INCLUIDA SI COGES PENSION COMPLETA. 1 botella de agua de 1L 2€ estando en el hotel. Vas fuera al Supermercado DIA, que hay cerca, y te cuesta menos. Vamos otra estafa para los guiris y por finalizar piscina sucia, jacuzzi embozadl y sucio el lunes dia 1.
En resumen, se declaran como hotel de 4 estrellas pero yo prefiero llamarlo hotel 4 estafas. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. ES UNA ESTAFA Y MUCHO MALEDUCADO TRABAJANDO AHÍ.

Para nada es un hotel de 4 estrellas , hotel viejo habilitaciones pequeñas camas incomodas , no hay duchas , lavabos muy viejos , muy mala limpieza, la comida es muy mala y te quitan los platos antes de tienpo, lo encuentro caro para lo que hemos comido , la verdad para nada ha sido un chollo , esta vez nos ha decepcionado, otras veces nos ha sorprendido para bien con vosotros pero esta vez no , no nos ha gustado y no repetiremos.

A 4-star hotel with plastic cups in the dining room and removing trays half an hour before the scheduled time leaves much to be desired. Having your IDs photocopied at reception instead of scanning the data is grounds for complaint, but it's not ideal to start your holiday like this (and I suppose having worked behind a reception desk influences understanding that it is to streamline the process and complete all the paperwork later).
