- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms.

General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 13 years old: the 1st and 2nd with a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Hotel muy orientado al turista extranjero para lo bueno y para lo malo.
Razonable relación calidad-precio.
El buffet de comida/cena/desayuno no es de un 4 * estrellas, pero a cambio es barato si lo reservas con antelación, sin embargo en el mismo hotel es caro.
La amabilitat del personal lo millor.
During high season, it can be at full capacity with a lot of noise at night and crowded.
The walls and doors are like tissue paper, and you can hear the hallway and the next room as if they were your own guests. A lot of noise at night from the rest of the guests, supposedly drunken foreigners.
En temporada alta puede estar al límite de su capacidad con mucho ruido por las noches y saturado.
Las paredes y puertas son de papel de fumar y se escucha el pasillo y la habitación de al lado como si fueran invitados de la tuya. Mucho ruido por la noche del resto de huéspedes, presuntamente foraneos beodos.

El lugar es lo q mas he difrutado muy bonito y la experiencia de haber echo la reserva con ustedes estoy muy complacida.
I think they should improve communication with the customer when they arrive. They don't explain anything to you; they just give you a paper with a code to scan, and then you have to look for the older people who don't use the internet much, they end up uninformed. Also, if the booking is for 4 days all-inclusive, you should have bar service at least until 4 in the afternoon. But at noon on the last day, they tell you that you are no longer entitled to more free drinks, so it's not 4 days, just three nights.

Hotel cerca del centro y un poco lejos de la playa....
Hotel staff friendly, very poor cleanliness, very little variety of food, small pool with no sunbeds and sometimes no chairs to sit on. The hotel needs a total renovation.
Personal del hotel amable, la limpieza súper escasa , comida muy poca variedad, piscina pequeña y sin hamacas y a veces sin silla para sentarse. Necesita una reforma total el hotel.
