La atención que tuvimos al llegar impecable, el buffet destacar a los cocineros en directo que hay en el desayuno, comida y cena, hacen todo en el momento y a tu gusto. Todo lo que he probado exquisito.
Habitaciones amplias,limpias y el servicio de toalla para playa y piscina jamas lo he visto en ningún otro hotel, reposición en la habitación de bebida sin costo ninguno.
Zona de piscinas y spa todo muy limpio y atentos, pasan con chupitos de varias clases para que se refresquen los clientes, los socorristas y chicas y chicos de animación muy cariñosos y amables. Para mi a sido todo muy muy bien y agusto.
Al irnos dos botellas de regalo para el viaje. 100% recomendable y repetiré con ellos seguro.
Pondría más animación por la noche para que hubiese algo más de ambiente ya que toda la zona es muy tranquila y no hay para entretenerse por la noche apenas nada.

El mobiliario de la zona de piscina y chiringuito está muy viejo, la entrada principal del hotel las plantas muy abandonadas. Las habitaciones también necesitan un lavado de cara. Y sobre todo el tema fiestas, desde que se fue Javier el anterior gerente, ha cambiado mucho y para peor, antes siempre íbamos espectantes por ver las novedades que había cada verano y este año que estuvimos el fin de semana pasado, nos hemos decepcionado poca animación, nada de atrezzos.... En fin nuestra sensación es que están orientado el hotel más a personas más mayores.
Ojalá y vuelva Javier para darle ese toque suyo, porque la verdad que aunque el hotel sigue siendo un buen hotel, lo hemos encontrado muy de capa caída.
