Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double rooms.
In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 12 years old: 1st child stays for FREE, 2nd child benefits from a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 4 people per room.
Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single occupancy surcharge: is approximately 30%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 9 €/night and pet
- Does your pet weigh more than 15Kg? Do not worry! You can stay with her for € 15 a night.
- The accommodation allows 2 pets per room.
- In the swimming pool and restaurant areas your pet will not be allowed to accompany you.

I think they should improve the rooms, I paid 156€ for two people for one night with Full Board, upon arriving at the hotel and seeing our room it was depressing, we expected it to be in better conditions, the bathroom door did not close properly and the frame needed changing, the shower was loose, have we been in better rooms paying half of what we paid?
Creo que deberían mejorar las habitaciones,he pagado 156€ dos personas por una noche con pensión,al llegar al hotel y ver nuestra habitación fue deprimente esperábamos que estuviera en mejores condiciones,la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y el marco estaba para cambiar,la ducha estaba suelta,hemos estados en mejores habitaciones pagando la mitad de lo que pagamos😓

Ubicacion inmejorable, en prinera linea de playa. El buffet variado, habia siempre una carne y 1 pescado a la plancha y luego otros en salsa. Tienen cenas tematicas y de gala con variedad de maricos. Cierto que el minigolf necesita un arreglo, un hotel que si se refor mara ganaia muchisimo pero entiendo que el precio subiria tambien. Por lo que pague una calidad/ precio genial0

Hemos viajado con nuestra mascota y hemos estado muy bien. Hotel al lado de la playa y en un paseo puedes ir hasta el centro de Lloret.
The rooms need a renovation for being 4 stars. Especially the bathrooms.

Calidad - precio : un 10. Lo tengo claro, si he reservado un hotel que me ha salido un 30% más barato que los demás, también le voy a exigir un 30 % menos que a cualquier otro. No es ni la mejor comida, ni la mejor habitación, ni las mejores instalaciones, pero tampoco estas pagando por ello.....
El personal, en general,super-amables. No puedo quejarme de nada.
Y que no te cobren el agua en las comidas, un acierto espectacular.
