Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, nos tocó con vistas al mar. El buffet está muy bien. Increíblemente si pides agua no te la cobran, te dan una jarra con agua. La primera vez que en un hotel no nos cobran el agua.
La playa está a cinco minutos
La atención del personal es muy buena
La piscina es pequeña pero con el mar tan cerca no se echa de menos

Ubicación perfecta cerca del centro de Calella y cerca de la playa y la habitación con vistas a la playa y bastante amplia.
"El hotel me ha decepcionado en relación calidad-precio para ser un ‘todo incluido’. La piscina es demasiado pequeña para la capacidad del hotel y resulta incómoda por la cantidad de hamacas y mesas. El servicio de snacks es muy limitado: solo productos envasados y hay que subir al comedor para consumirlos, sin poder disfrutarlos en la zona de la piscina. La animación también me ha parecido muy pobre.
En cuanto a las comidas, casi todo se ofrece en pequeños bocados, lo que hace difícil poder prepararse un plato completo, y en la plancha la variedad era muy escasa. Además, solo entregan dos botellas de agua pequeñas de cortesía; después, hay que bajar al bar a rellenar porque no facilitan agua embotellada en la habitación.
En general, creo que no responde a lo que uno espera de un todo incluido."

Ya habiamos estado otro año en este hotel, está bien para las estrellas que tiene, está céntrico y cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, es una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son correctas y grandes. El personal es amable. El restaurante es buffet libre, está bien y variedad.
Lo que personalmente no me agrado tanto fue las animaciones de la noche, las vi sosas, echaba en falta un show con mas animación y espectáculo.

He pagado una pensión completa y el primer día quise cambiar al ver la comida. Horrorosa!! Incomible, muy poca variedad y de todo lo que había no se sabía que sería lo mejor. Hablé con buscounchollo y ni una solución, la última vez me dijeron, que si tenía algún problema que llamara durante la estancia y que no esperara a terminar, y aún así, NA da!! Hablé con la directora del hotel, para que por favor me cambiará el régimen y sigo esperando una posible solución, y ya no estoy ni allí. Y para más inri, el personal de recepción se notaba que habían recibido instrucciones para que el trato fuera más que diferente, tirando a muy arisco. Buenos lacayos. Llegarán lejos. Espero que tras la reclamación en la ocu, una inspección pase por el establecimiento y sancionen también a buscounchollo.com por recomendar este alojamiento.

• Habitaciones: Muy espaciosas, limpias y con un servicio de limpieza excelente.
• Gastronomía: Gran variedad en el comedor, con opciones para todos los gustos.
• Personal: Muy amable y atento en todas las áreas del hotel.
• Ambiente general: Tranquilo y adecuado para una escapada en pareja.
❌ Opiniones negativas:
• Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado o ventilador, lo cual se hace notar en días calurosos.
• En la pensión completa, las bebidas no están incluidas, lo que sería deseable ya que en muchos hoteles sí lo están.
• Piscina pequeña y con pocas hamacas. No había control del aforo ni del uso de hamacas, y muchos huéspedes dejaban toallas para reservar sitio, algo que el propio reglamento prohíbe.
• Sala de maletas sin vigilancia tras el check-out. Recomendamos que haya alguien responsable para evitar posibles robos.
• Parking muy limitado para un hotel de ocho plantas; tuvimos que buscar aparcamiento en hoteles cercanos.
