3.4 Marina M Travelled with family August 2025 For a 3-star hotel, I have been pleasantly surprised by the main areas such as the swimming pools, the bar, and the entrance, which give a very good impression.
The dining room was horrible, too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel and also the food was scarce and lacked variety, I didn't see any vegetables any day. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved (one day our room wasn't cleaned) The mattresses couldn't be more uncomfortable, we woke up with pain all over our bodies and we didn't use the wardrobe because of the strong smell of old wood. There is no fridge in the rooms (there is one available for a fee, I find this to be an excessive service) this is essential in summer to have cold water. We will not repeat.

7.7 Luz Travelled with family August 2025 Good location, close to the beach, the commercial area, and Port Aventura
We have had the feeling of a lack of staff, especially in the restaurant, which led to employees having bad attitudes and worse manners. Also, they took a long time to replenish the food and when it came to ice cream, it was truly difficult to get a strawberry one (they ran out quickly) and only the mojito ones were left. The entertainment was non-existent. I believe with a couple of details, it would be a great hotel.

5.1 Aroa Travelled with family August 2025 The location is not bad, the hotel has been renovated in the main areas.
It would be nice if the rooms were renovated like what appears in the hotel pictures. Ours was small, old, and quite deteriorated, at first glance you could see a mattress with a very marked shape... all the bedspreads were full of old stains... we asked to change assuming an economic increase, and they didn't have availability... they changed us to another one that was the same but at least didn't have such bad mattresses. Also, the rooms are very small. The cleaning is very quick... they didn't mop the floor any day during the 5 nights we stayed. I guess that's what they can manage.

7.7 Miriam Travelled with  friends August 2025 The buffet is definitely the highlight, as well as the pool area.
There was no soundproofing in the room, we heard a lot of noise. We found long hairs on one of the towels, the cleaning staff entered the room without knocking, and I was naked... in short, I wouldn't go back and the staff was very unfriendly, not providing explanations about the services they offer. Furthermore, in the room, there was no refrigerator, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted, so you either had heat or cold.

3.7 Marina Travelled with family August 2025 After 7 years without being able to go on holiday, after saving for a long time, overcoming the pandemic and the birth of our child, we finally managed to get a few days to rest and relax. We had chosen this hotel because it seemed nice, renovated and cozy, and we were very excited. From the first moment, that excitement faded. Upon arrival, they told us: "oh no, you are from the other building, there are two buildings, yours is the one at the back, you have to go to the end of the hallway, cross the entire pool and there is the reception." With suitcases and the child's stroller, that was our first bad moment, before even starting the holiday. When we opened the room, the sadness was even greater. A ball of fur on the floor, dust everywhere, unclean lights and cabinets, and the toilet with yellow stains. We notified reception and they only mopped, leaving visible marks and areas untouched. That first impression made us feel disappointed and sad, watching our excitement fade away. During the following days, the situation continued to ruin what should have been a time of rest: The only elevator in the building was always full or delayed, and going up or down with the child's stroller was a constant struggle (the main building has 3 elevators). Gluten-free breakfasts were minimal: 2-3 slices of bread, and at some point a piece of cake or cookies, the times I tried to ask for something else the response was "that's for children" or "what's offered is what there is, there isn't always something sweet." There were no alternative options available for lunch and dinner and no one explained how to order something separate. The staff's attitude was cold and inconsistent; they didn't even wish us a good holiday when we left. We witnessed an argument between employees with obscene language in the pool "eat my ..."; the hotel said it was "an internal conversation", but those of us nearby clearly heard it and the lifeguard had to gesture for them to stop arguing. They offered to change our room to the fifth floor; it was hardly any better and going up FIVE floors (due to the elevator's deficiency) with the stroller was very uncomfortable, so we decided to stay in the original room. These problems turned what should have been a time of relaxation and joy into stress and sadness. Every detail, from the first sentence at reception to the first sight of the room, extinguished our excitement. We just wanted a few days of rest and family tenderness, and instead we encountered disappointment after disappointment. The hotel responded that the services provided were correct and that my room was a "superior range" to the one booked.
